James Rowland came yesterday to investigate our toilet drains. He was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He checked everything thoroughly and all is well again now! He is a credit to Wessex Water. Well done James.
Quick response to my enquiry by Gemma of Customer Service. A few days later we got a visit and the issue will be resolved within a few days. All in all an excellent and efficient service.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Wessex Water – I reported a dodgy drain cover, and the whole thing was sorted without any drama. The lady I spoke to on the phone (Caroline – absolute star!) was so friendly and helpful, and it all got fixed within a couple of weeks, no chasing needed. It’s not often you feel the need to praise a water company, but credit where it’s due – they just got on with it and did a great job. Thanks again, Caroline!

You called me to arrange a Water Efficiency Check. On the agreed day your staff member was given my old address for the home inspection. I have not lived there for over 2 years and you have been billing me at my current address within that period. When I spoke with your central team, the excuse was that they are using an old system that may have with out of data. In this day and age? Really?!!

Being a paraplegic wheelchair user I'm on the priority list so when my housing association had to call out the emergency sewage company for the 3rd time in a month, David Mitchell turned that same day he had to put a camera down to see the extent of the blockage, he went above and beyond to get us unblocked, he even had to come back over later that evening with a special rod to unblock our overflowing manhole, it was discovered that one of our neighbours had been putting baby wipes & kitchen roll down toilet causing a severe blockage, I highly recommend David Mitchell 100% and hope that he gets the recognition that he deserves, I want to express mine & my husbands gratitude & our appreciation for returning back to make sure everything has worked, so please could our thanks be passed on to him 🙏
We had a backed up sewer. I was answered immediately on the phone and upgraded to requiring emergency service. Specialist came out on the same day, after hours in the evening. He did a great job, was very professional and thorough. Help line staff were also excellent in dealing with my issue promptly. Well done Wessex Water

Had a problem with a blocked sewer pipe.They managed to dig it all out . Replace the pipe fill in the hole all in 2 days. Left it very tidy and clean .reference no 6568801

Our property was experiencing issues from what turned out to be a blockage further along in the sewer. Ref: 063293713001 We were visited by Jake. Some people are good communicators, who can put others at ease and explain things in a clear manner. Some people are knowledgeable. Some people work relentlessly to get things done in a timely manner. It is not easy to find someone who excels at all three....but Wessex Water have Jake! Incredibly thorough and professional. Answered within mins at 8.30am this morning by cheerful,helpful girl who recorded my blocked sewage pipe which I explained wasnt desperately urgent,however I received a telephone update later by a another cheery,helpful lady and before long a lovely young man arrived with a kindly attitude & a smile. He was very efficient & sorted my drain out efficiently, throughly blasting along the blockage,I believe that's the technical procedure 😉 Anyway I was impressed as I always have been with Wessex Water over the years,thankyou!
