Contacted about rise in dd - so helpful Louise was wonderful wanted to add that Wessex Water are one of the best groups. We don't have (so far) contamination problems, standpipe or shortages. All water is expensive but if the provider is good it isn't so bad.
When I eventually made contact the person was very helpful. But it had taken 1/2 an hour to find a way in for a matter other than a leak or a bill.
Had a leak in the house and the internal stoptap wouldn't work, I went outside to use the onto in the path but that was broken. They were out to survey within the hour and had it fixed in 3.
