Outstanding customer service
If I could give Shelly 10 stars I would! I pay my bills monthly by direct debit, so when I received an unexpected bill reminder today (for a rather large amount) the panic set in. I could prove I was making regular payments, but nothing was recorded against my account. I called customer service, expecting a long and stressful conversation where I would need to talk to multiple people. Instead, I was put through to the angel that is Shelly. She was friendly, calm, helpful and extremely determined. In less than 15 minutes, she found the issue, fixed it, and even made me laugh! Thank you again Shelly!
