So difficult to deal with Limited options other than to phone which isn't suitable for everyone No responses in timeframes given Shame you don't get to pick your sewage provider!
I recommend that people contacting Wessex Water do so on the Chat section. Before going online, go onto What 3 Words and get a location for the problem that will be discussed. That makes identifying it easier all around. I contacted the Chat section, "spoke" to Isobel and within 10 minutes I had a call from the crew who would be there 5 minutes later. Brilliant service. Could I suggest that WW add the link to W3W onto their website.
Having discovered a serious leak in my underground pipe from the road to the house, which is my responsibility. Wessex water arranged a leak allowance so I only had to pay for the water I would have used. Wessex sent an engineer to give best advice for running a new pipe to replace the 70 year old steel supply pipe which was very helpful. I couldn’t ask for better service. They have a really good team of friendly and professional people.

Wessex water, when you have need to contact them, are usually helpful and friendly. They do seem to try their hardest to solve problems. But, given the large profits they make and wages paid to the top management I would expect that.

Urgently needed attention to a main manhole to three properties. Martin West arrived 10.00 at night. Worked solidly till 11.00 unblocking the sewer. He was very helpful and thorough and made sure all the three properties outlets were clear. Very impressed. Thank you Martin. Ref Number 063336363001

Wessex water was extremely helpful with our water leak from my first phone call to them which was at a weekend and from then on to making an appointment for an initial assessment and quickly to the repair which wasn’t easy due to thick concrete to get through. They did an excellent job and left it all looking neat and tidy.
