How quickly and professional my enquiry was dealt with .
The emergency help line oprators were understanding and efficient and help arrived within 2 hours of my report of flooding in my bathroom caused, by an over zealous sub-contracting company. David Mitchell and Katie Harvey came to investigate the problem. They were very polite, helpful, and respectful. They checked my waste water system to ensure that it was clear of any blockages Then they cleaned up the raw sewage that had been forced up through one of my drains, and also cleaned up all round the paved area in the garden, that had been affected. Large round of applause for the staff of Wessex Water please.

Had a leak in my utility room that had flooded. Called Wessex and Jay Mears ( the engineer) came to assist. Being disabled I had been ripped off previously for 5 mins work. Well Jay was a lovely guy, did all his investigations and when finished, explained to my husband what was wrong. He cleared up after himself and left it clean and tidy. Hope Wessex Water gives a pat on the back to Jay MEARS. he did himself proud and my husband said he restored his faith in someone not ripping me off.

Had an excellent service. Made an online referral and got a call a few minutes later. Someone came out the next day to look at the drain. The following day a team came out and fixed the drain cover with a really tidy job. From first contact to last everyone was really professional and friendly.

A shared block drain was reported using a online form. Wessex water rang me back within the hour on a sunday evening, and the following morning a engineer called Jay M showed up and sorted the drains. Top job. Very professional, Thankyou Wessex water.
Steve, Toni & Rich did an excellent job - despite a miscommunication from the office on the job card, it was finished in record time and to an excellent standard. And - the issue was only logged last Thursday and completed by Tuesday!

Impossible to reach via phone. Waited a total of one hour. Website badly designed. Click on 'contact' and as soon as you move the cursor, the ability to contact is removed. Website needs a good look at. The entire experience of trying to reach WW is lamentable. Do better!
