I was able to make contact easily. The website was helpful. Reporting a leak worked effectively via an online chat, and I was reassured that the leak was already known about, and that I would get feedback on the outcome. I was particularly pleased that action was to be taken since we are in a period of significant water shortage.

I had to contact Wessex water to amend my account as my husband has sadly passed away and it was so nice to have such an easy and quick process with a really friendly person who was able to help me through everything with the minimum of stress which I much appreciate 5 stars is definitely worth giving for the customer service well done.
I contacted Wessex Water this morning at 4.30spoke to someone about no water to my property, my wife is disabled and we are on the so called Priority Services register I asked at that time do I need to go out and get water, the reply was we will send a inspector. Must have been invisible to me, however 8.30 that same morning phoned and got sent to a chat after my rant about letting us down was advised to get water and told they would keep me updated by text. I could have done this at 4.30am. I went to the shop and came back with 48 large bottles of water thinking the neighbours might want some and find the stuff I went to buy is running out of the tap. I think the way we were treated is a disgrace,

Wessex Water were doing some work for my neighbours on their water meter on the footpath. They checked ours, as it is located in the same place, and updated the tap on our meter as a matter of course. They informed us what they had done, which was a pleasant surprise, and just asked us to run the cold water tap in the kitchen for about 30 seconds to clear any air there might be. I checked the area around the meters and they have made a good job of repairing the excavation.

It has been very easy to contact and deal with Wessex Water. The company has acted swiftly to the problem I raised and an engineer has visited my home to investigate. He was on time and was a pleasure to talk to. He explained what he was doing as he carried out tests and then the next steps that will be taken to, hopefully, resolve the issue.
Contacted Wessex water on the online chat, they responded quickly and effectively and were polite and helpful. I’ve got a job reference number and know what to expect next. A good experience of contact today, hoping the next steps will be just as good.

Cannot fault the service. I reported the problem online and was telephoned within the hour by a lovely polite and friendly lady. Rudy came out very quick even though it was a Sunday evening and he spent a long time clearing the sewer blockage and using a camera to find the problem.
