Account change …

I had to contact Wessex water to amend my account as my husband has sadly passed away and it was so nice to have such an easy and quick process with a really friendly person who was able to help me through everything with the minimum of stress which I much appreciate 5 stars is definitely worth giving for the customer service well done.

Energy account change

I had to contact E.ON Next Energy about the sudden passing of my husband and I needed to change the name on the account they were really good and very friendly and very quickly they got it all set up and all with the minimum of stress for me .
