I have been in contact a lot recently due to ongoing issues, the customer service advisors are excellent and always polite, however the overall water service and charges are appalling.

Great customer service
I contacted Wessex Water today and got through to Jess, she was polite and really helpful. She resolved my issue quickly and I really appreciated that. We concluded our call in a professional manner.
Relining of sewer by Greg, Shaun & Ben. Unintrusive work and we were kept informed about what was happening. They were careful on our property and cleaned up well afterwards. Job ref TREN006597

I can't believe I'm saying this! I wrote an email to Wessex Water re sewage pipe issues we have here at home and....they were here within the hour! Now that's what I call service! A charming young man came and sorted the situation. Absolutely 5*****
I'm being charged £111.27 pm for my water! Ridiculous amount for someone on benefits with a disability to pay!

If I could give no stars I would, just had our lastest water bill , price increase of 30 percent on our water bill were told on the phone yesterday only going up by 20 percent ,this company is not interested in customers at all just profit to them, if you pay by direct debit they can take what they like each month without telling you absolutely disgusting,also we got our bill today the 8th of July, says pay by the 7th of July 😂 idiots,
Investigation work was thorough and they found the issue Requires repair work which we were told would be done within 28 days but we have been given a later date than that 😔

Awful serious overcharging they need to look at my meter and check for leaks....thats their problem...there job not mine so i suggest they change or contact about bill....money wont be paid untill they sort it out
Excellent customer service and friendly staff from the customer service team to the engineers that attend the job and they always do and amazing job and clean everything up as well so I highly recommend Wessex Water to all my friends and family
