I had a query regarding a build over agreement, which I needed information for in relation to a house sale. The representative (will) I spoke to could not have been more supportive and resolved my query really quickly. Very impressed.
I spoke with three people from Wessex Water, each very helpful, which resulted in my query being clearly answered.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Outstanding Service from Dominic Scull Dominic Scull from Wessex Water recently came out to unblock a drain at my property, and I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and dedication. What initially seemed like a simple issue turned out to be a major blockage at the front of the sewage line, which had backed up through the entire estate—our property being at the very end of the line. The whole situation took around 7 hours to fully resolve, but Dominic remained patient, polite, and focused throughout. He kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explained the problem, and didn’t leave until everything was working as it should. It wasn’t an easy job, but thanks to Dominic’s persistence and expertise, the issue was completely sorted. Excellent service—highly recommended!

Have had a leak in our toilet for a while and being on water meter we were concerned. I did an online chat with Jordan and he was very helpful. Gave me a link to fill in once the repair was done and explained that they would review and if we had used more water would allow for it.

Various residents in Middlestoke, Limpley Stoke, suffered a major water pressure loss on a Saturday which was reported that day. The very next day (a Sunday!!) a team arrived, located a leak, dug the road, repaired the pipe and refillled the hole. The area was completely resurfaced on the Monday. What amazing service Wessex Water offered us. Huge thanks go to them.
