I only needed to change my email…

I only needed to change my email address, but that was not possible, apparently. I will have to have my account terminated and register for a new one. This is even though I have been at my current address for 38 years without any bother no problems.

The gentleman who came was Jay Mears

The gentleman who came was Jay Mears. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and considerate to our problem. Repaired and cleaned our property. Also the lady who I phone was extremely helpful. The job was dealt with that day which was such a relief as it was backing up into my neighbours garden. Many thanks for their service. 5 stars

our sewer was blocked

our sewer was blocked, the Wessex water came out late afternoon and discovered that it was a problem wth the communial outlet pipe to the main sewer. the gentleman who did the work was extremely polite to every household involved and did an excellent job.

Equipment failure causes damage to customer homes

A surge in water pressure caused by equipment failure at Wessex Water, caused a pipe to burst at my home and other homes in my area. They have fixed the faulty equipment at their end, but have failed to contact those effected to offer customer support or compensation. I consider this to be extremely poor customer service.

The whole process worked very well from fault reporting, to attendance timescales being short, and effective problem resolution. Can't expect any more than that.
