Waited 3 months for a water meter to be fitted. Could have done with warning of arrival of engineer, but engineer Mark Boardman was very efficient in the installation and quick to answer any questions about the meter. very pleased!
I had reason to contact Wessex Water this evening as our toilet was blocked. As it was the weekend I rang the emergency number, the person I spoke to dealt with my issue promptly and was very polite, explaining what would happen next. I then heard from David Mitchell to say that he would be with us within an hour approximately. He was very thorough and conscientious within his work , respecting my property and also my neighbours. When he had completed the job he came and explained what the issue was .
I wrote to Wessex Water regarding an issue with the drain cover in the back garden. They responded to say they would be here in the next 7 days, and arrived within a few days. Thank you for your advice. Great service

Investigated a smell complaint: Katie Harvey and Rudy Parsons from Wessex Water did a great and thorough job. Katie was helpful and knowledgable and very processional as was Rudy. Issue sorted with no problems.
I rang up a few days earlier than this and was told after different options.. By a rather abrupt female telling me I would l would have a 9min wait.. Really.. So I told her I would not be waiting in that queue.. Hence called again.. At a later date.. And got thru to a much polite person.. And very helpful.. Dealt with my concerns quickly.. So was great.. Only issue I now have was promised an email to verify the payment I made and with new info... This was started on 23rd still waiting.. Was told first off within 2 days.. Hopefully.. when.. It comes.. It will be right..
