the way we were treated is a disgrace
I contacted Wessex Water this morning at 4.30spoke to someone about no water to my property, my wife is disabled and we are on the so called Priority Services register I asked at that time do I need to go out and get water, the reply was we will send a inspector. Must have been invisible to me, however 8.30 that same morning phoned and got sent to a chat after my rant about letting us down was advised to get water and told they would keep me updated by text. I could have done this at 4.30am. I went to the shop and came back with 48 large bottles of water thinking the neighbours might want some and find the stuff I went to buy is running out of the tap. I think the way we were treated is a disgrace,
