I was asked to update on line my details and found it very difficult. I used the telephone and the member of staff was exceedingly helpful and updated as needed. A further member of staff contacted me as my failed online efforts had been noticed. Gold star service to a vulnerable member of the public, grateful thanks.
I noticed a significant drop on water pressure and used the automated complaints line to report the problem. This led me to your area map to check for emergency repairs in my area. This was completely in helpful as there was no symbols key to help me interpret the map rendering the imap completely useless to me as a customer. I then tried your CHAT facility where I was given clear information.

David Mitchell who attended the issue in person was extremely helpful and explained everything that had happened and what was going to happen moving forward with the issues we have, very polite and easy to talk to in relation to the issues. Wessex water have been easy to contact and report issues to and have been quick to contact back regarding issues.
Dan and Liam were extremely efficient, they found and repaired our water leak quickly. They also made sure that everything inside the house was working ok. Both were very polite and helpful.

I needed to contact Wessex Water today as unfortunately our shared (with neighbours) sewer drain on our road was overflowing and causing a public health hazard. The manhole is sited on my property in the front garden. Wessex Water responded immediately and Jake arrived. Right from the start, he was informative, practical and professional, and immediately investigated the issue. He was very thorough and diagnosed the problem and in no time cleared the blockage. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he helpfully provided to his supervisor immediate further works required to prevent this happening again. Really brilliant customer service. Thank you Wessex Water.
