Excellent Customer Service
I needed to contact Wessex Water today as unfortunately our shared (with neighbours) sewer drain on our road was overflowing and causing a public health hazard. The manhole is sited on my property in the front garden. Wessex Water responded immediately and Jake arrived. Right from the start, he was informative, practical and professional, and immediately investigated the issue. He was very thorough and diagnosed the problem and in no time cleared the blockage. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he helpfully provided to his supervisor immediate further works required to prevent this happening again. Really brilliant customer service.
