I’m doing this review as my partner a long term manager at Wessex water waste Dorset always had pride himself in customer service and I feel he’d want me to give you a good review as it helps to maintain good service . Jay was very friendly explaining to us everything he was doing showing us before and after shots of pipe he had cleared of a root mass. Well done Jay for a job done with no mess anddone very professionally.

We have on ongoing issue with old sewer pipe, had a terrible smell in the garden yesterday (a bank holiday Sunday) called Wessex Water and explained we had a blockage I couldn’t clear. Within 2 hours Dave M was out and found there were several blockages and cleared them all. Didnt finish until well passed 19:00 Cant Thank Dave and Wessex Water enough.. Hopefully at some point in the future this will be sleeved. But in the mean time keep doing what you are doing. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Thank you! Job ref 063380222001

All the team were polite, kept us well informed and were extremely hard working in very hot conditions.

Disgraceful. Twice they have increased my direct debit by a significant amount with zero warning and without my consent. They apologised the first time and then did it again!

I needed to report some problems highlighted in a property drains survey. The online chat I had with Wessex Water, with only a very short wait, was was very efficiently dealt with.

Reported a broken manhole cover. Someone arrived within an hour to assess the problem. The manhole was replaced that evening.

Quick to answer live chat. Georgie was very helpful and reassuring. Hopefully they can fix the problem soon for us

Job reference 6575207, keiran and Jacob. They arrived early and were very polite, got on with the work and did a cracking job. Cleaned up after themselves also. Even got a few lovely elvis renditions, my only suggestion would be an umbrella hat for Keiran as the sun does not like his skin, even the customer service girl Beth was pleasant to deal with, 5 stars for me

Very impressed with the effort Toby and Dave went to in making sure our garden was back to normal after a sewage leak. Obviously not an ideal situation but nothing was too much bother. Excellent communication and delighted with how they have left the garden. 6575557

Helpful advice, but need to actively follow up on problem solving. If this problem has been raised in past,and therefore should no longer be the problem.

I received an efficient and professional service; the staff were polite and courteous throughout.

Water was cut off, due to a problem farther up the road. So we had no notice of what was happening, no one contacted us what so ever. We are pensioners and our disabled son lives with us, I asked the workmen which I did not want to do, they just said they were doing all they could. It’s all about information keeping the customers informed. Not in this case.
