Spoke to wessex water about a blocked sewage drain. The online chat was quick and easy. The job was raised in minutes and within 30 minutes someone was round to check it out. 20 minutes later the drain was fixed. 10 out of 10 . Nothing could have been better . Very impressed.

You arrived to fit a smart meter without any warning. We did not want a smart meter. We then got a phone call trying to persuade us to get a smart meter when we had already phoned you to tell you that we did not want one.

ABSOLUTELY the best water supplier I have ever contacted - and I’ve been a building surveyor all my working life (I’m 75 now and enjoying my retirement) Nothing was too much trouble for their staff to explain the reason for a drop in pressure at my house was caused by work to repair a leak over a mile away. Soon after my phone call, water supply returned, and I’m sure at a slightly higher pressure. Many thanks to Wessex Water!

Wessex Water are the best company I have ever dealt with, they are professional and courteous. Their engineers are all very polite and get on with the job in question. I reported an overflow manhole in my front garden at 14.46, they arrived within the hour and the job completed at 17.33. Top marks to them from a very satisfied customer in Bowerhill, Melksham, Wiltshire.

Great communication, friendly call handler and amazing service from the engineer. He was able to clear a blockage, explained how the problem would have been caused and how to possibly prevent in future. Late evening call out which seemed no problem at all. Very happy customer.
