We were totally impressed by the response to our query when the water supply failed on 13.5.25. Caroline, the agent who handled our query, kept us up to date at all times We were also impressed with the rapid bottled water distribution arrangements and the follow up visit be a representative to explain the supply was back on and if we had any problems to phone in.
It was quick and straight forward. However, clearer information on the website would have helped solve the query.
Well contacting the water company was very frustrating as they seem not to understand basic English. But the person who came round and fixed my stop cap I will give a 5 he was polite explained the problem and fixed it in about 10 minutes. He's a credit to his company
Although they could not really help me (I have speak to 2 different companies) I had a nice person and they did what they could
Excellent response received this morning to my query and problem partly sorted with a small refund. However there is still a problem when you are over £450 in credit and still paying the same monthly DD. Hopefully as the operative stated after the next meter reading it should be done.
We had a problem with blocked sewage drains . David came out and resolved the problem . I didn’t get the name of the man helping . But they were very polite , friendly and efficient. Even cleaned up afterwards . Good work done

Water companies regularly get criticism. But today we had a water meter fitted. Unbelievably easy. Simple, efficient, great service. Credit where credit is due. Compared with how long some simple steps take in the modern world, this was the epitome of good service. Well done.
0845 number you have to pay for, huge bill increase and can't use online chat to sort out payments. Water is murky, garden is leaky unable to report it unless I phone.

When there was a leak in our supply a few years ago it was dealt with effectively and we were kept informed about the process.
Good initial response to log the lack of water, but absolutely no follow up to indicate either progress or likely supply outage period. And after being without water for a considerable period, there was no offer of bottled water. Looking at your online emergencies map, it was easy to see an area without water, yet no attempt was made to provide any assistance.
Today, we had an emergency call out on a Sunday because a neighbours sewage was seeping into our basement. James came out was thoughtful thorough and took out situation seriously. Ricky also came to help and although not resolved they were both excellent with helpful suggestions on how to take things forward. Thank you!
Unfortunately they were not able to complete the job and recommended a private contractor however did not clean up after themselves so we currently have a sewage filled patio worse than before. Also dropped it all throughout the house
