Dangerous manhole cover dealt with within a few hours of my reporting it.
Called for an update regarding my mother's water meter fitting. Wouldn't tell me when, I just feel this was unnecessary as I wasn't asking anything about her account or billing information just a simple date of when meter will.be fitted. And this wasn't given.

Job no. 6573721 and 6573724 After a blockage in a sewer was reported, a visit was arranged very promptly. The blockage was cleared and collapse located. A follow up visit was arranged and the pipe was repaired. All staff were friendly,polite and very professional Thanks all involved.

Great help and advice
Since WW refused to pay our insurance claim after the engineer told us that we were entitled to claim, I have very little respect for the company. This is another example, where all the blurb tells us to get a meter and now we are worse off.
Dan and Liam came to my property, as it had been established during a meter reading that our water meter was leaking. They dug up the footpath in front of the house and replaced the meter. Both were friendly, efficient, polite and left everything very clean and tidy. Great work!
