I noticed a significant drop on water pressure and used the automated complaints line to report the problem. This led me to your area map to check for emergency repairs in my area. This was completely in helpful as there was no symbols key to help me interpret the map rendering the imap completely useless to me as a customer. I then tried your CHAT facility where I was given clear information.
