I never purchase anything off the Internet without thoroughly researching all my options. US Water Systems was able to answer all my questions regarding the Reverse Osmosis system I was considering. I even sent a question directly to the owner of the company regarding a concern I had, to which he promptly replied. I purchased the system and installed it 6 months ago, and is working as it was advertised. The product, service, and pricing from US Water Systems won me over as a customer !

This is the third water softener I have installed, and it was by far the easiest! I ran in to some questions during setup, but the friendly help desk quickly resolved the issue. After extensive shopping locally and nationwide, I would highly recommend US Water Systems any time. The prices, sales staff, phone support is second to none (they really like helping DYI folks). Easy to install. Has been running flawlessly for 1 month. The 10 year warranty on valves is a great testimony of the quality of the product. Expect to work worry-free for many years.

I installed the ion exchange/carbon filter system in one afternoon. All the parts for installation were provided except (1) connections from the house water supply to the tanks and (2) a long enough hose between the salt reserve and the main valve (note: a hose was provided, but my installation needed about one foot more than delivered). I used "water heater" flex hoses (with the metal mesh outside) to connect the main valve to the house water supply (purchased at Home Depot). We have great soft water now but, more important, there is NO TASTE to our water and ice. In my opinion, the system was worth every cent. I have been using my system about six months. Yes, I would do it again. BTW, I did win the Kindle Fire contest for the month I installed my system, but that had NOTHING to do with this review. I only mention it here because the company did what they said they would do -- give the Kindle to one of their DIY users with the most "likes." I did my part; they did theirs. I should also say the online installation instructions and the written instructions were quite sufficient. I did not need to call their 24/7 hotline for help. The documentation provided answered all my questions.

We purchased a new home that had an existing water treatment system (since it is well water). There are 3 whole house filtration tanks. I was most concerned with drinking water since I have 3 children. I wanted the purest water that I could get and did A LOT of research, spoke with water treatment specialists, to find what the best approach would be. The system that I purchased through US Water Systems met all of the criteria plus more. I was slightly hesitant about installing ourselves but it really was no problem at all. We even hooked it into our fridge water line and the rep. walked us through how to do so without getting rid of our existing line. I would recommend US WATER SYSTEMS to everyone. I learned a ton and had I known before what I know now, I would have had this system for my public water in our previous home.

The RO system is the best, I need bottles so I can take it to work and drink it there too. I have it connected to the frig and to the faucet at the sink. Endless amount of 14gals of water! Since the water taste good my kids drink more water. It just the best!!!!

This is our second system purchased from US water systems and love it. Love the first system but lost it in a house fire got estimates from P&H contractor they wanted $1000 to in stall a new 4 stage RO system.I purchased a 5 stage RO from US water systems for $175 and installed it myself.

Purchasing a water system from US Water Systems turn a costly adventure with in-town water companies to a enjoyable home project at minimal cost. US Water Systems sales and support staff are above the norm. The sales staff guided me to the proper equipment needed to soften and filter the water in the whole house. I then took it one step further with a reverse osmosis water filter system for drinking water and ice cube maker. The system I order was 50% to 60% less than in-town quotes and superior technology and features. The best was next to come! The support staff and their videos for insulation would make a novice like me into a knowledgable and capable insulation guru. The support staff even answered questions on weekends. After using the system for 3 months it has exceeded my expectations in water quality and performance. The water is now soft with no mineral stain, salt usage is minimal, have yet to add a bag for replenishment and with the RO system in place I have better quality drinking water than the bottle water they sell at the store.

Your system was really easy to install. Step by step instructions were simple. And the water taste great. Crystal clear. Even hooked to the ice maker. Ice is even clear now. Thanks I would definetly recommend over store models any day

We have had an RO system for close to 20 years and the water always just came out with low pressure and we could get maybe a gallon before pressure would be lost. With this new system with the permeate pump the pressure is high and you can run the tank pretty well dry before you lose pressure. It is well worth the extra for the permeate pump. We love the system after about 6 months of use. Would DEFINATELY buy this system again!

I was very concern about going this extreme for water but I so glad I did. I plumbed my system with 3/8 supply and have had no flow issues. The reservoir has a lot more pressure than I expected delivery the quantity of water I need in a short time. Having a permeate pump is a must. I would not buy such a system without a permeate pump. The Price of water is high living in a desert. To only throw away waste water when you are collecting purified is the only way to go.

I had a Kenitico water softner and I had nothing but trouble with it and was debating whether are not to take a chance and try yours. I am so happy that I did so. It has worked flawlessly since I installed it about 2 months ago. Had a few questions and you answered them immediately and I completed the entire install in about 3 hours. Not another worry from it and the water is so wonderful

The system ordered was satisfactory. The incorrect tubing was sent and I was charged for that. US Water online refused to respond to my E-mail concerning the incorrect tubing and made no attempt to replace/refund the charges for the incorrect items in the order. Several e-mails resulted in no response from the company. Additionally, the instructions are badly written and for a Made in USA product there are many issues with the English language. I suspect that many of the items were NOT made in USA!

I wish I had gotten instructions on the systems faucet attachment. I thought that I had a water pressure problem because it was very slow and sometimes ran out of water. I called to ask for help and was told that I probably needed a pump of some sort. I finally figured out that the handle on the faucet spout had to be lifted up for the faucet to have a steady stream of water. I had been pressing down.

I bought the Fusion NLT water softener from US Water Systems after I was quoted $3,600 by a local plumbing company to replace a 22 years old system in my house. The NLT system arrived in just a few days. The online video showed exactly how to put the system together and fill the tank with resin which I was easily able to do by myself even though the video recommends having a helper. The installation was fairly easy as well. Again, the video showed exactly what to do. I saved well over $2,000 doing it myself and the water is again free of hardness.
