I have used US Water Systems for the past 8 years, but when I needed support for a problem with an RO system, it took three call to connect with someone who could help.
The company has a decent product line with fair pricing, but the have new help that just don't know the product line or have the expertise for problem solving. They are going in reverse from times past.
