Good until I purchased, poor shipping communication
I had a great experience with this order. Their techs were patient and knowledgeable as I had a lot of questions to make sure the water softener and RO system I was purchasing were correct for my needs. I finally ordered and then didn't hear anything from them on the water softener shipment for 2 weeks after paying. I contacted them twice for an order status and ETA estimate for the water softener. They finally did ship and I hope the customer service I experience in the future will be better. I'd give them another shot, but I do think they could have done much better regarding setting expectations for delivery of the water softener.
