It did not ship out in 2 days...it's on its way now.

Received RO system and booster pump screw mounts had pulled through rubber isolators during shipping. Should use a better mount system. Replacement parts were shipped to wrong address. Had the unit for almost two weeks and still have not been able to use it.

Ordering was easy and when it didn't arrive in the 4-9 days stated I sent an email to them asking where it was. It was a Saturday and I actually got a response! Once they looked into the situation I got an email back. I appreciate the customer service!

I don't Appreciate getting charged for an item that isn't in stock. (You're website made no mention of the item no being in stock when I made the purchase) You should only charge customers when the item Ships, My filter took over 5 weeks to ship, by the time I get the filter it will be 6.

Ordered and paid for there biggest system, Whole house filtration and salt free conditioner with media filter in-between. Arrived quickly but incomplete. It said in directions that I needed to add the media to the tanks however that was apparently already done at plant. Not indicated with change in directions or extra note with packaging. Problem was that system was to remain vertical but somewhere during shipping they were laid flat causing center filter pipe to not be centered. Apparently that it will fix itself when filled with water. More importantly the media filter system that is in-between the larger tanks wasn't included. I called and they sent the filter, out of stock of the one that I ordered so they promised to send correct one when in stock, but not the housing and bracket that was supposed to be sent. I called again and they sent the housing and bracket. The direction indicate that there are connectors enclosed to connect the filter housing to the larger filters on either side of center filter, they are not. I called again and was told that they don't supply those anymore but haven't changed installation directions to indicate that I needed to purchase them. Problem is I had a plumber ready to install at $95/hour and didn't have the parts that they indicated were supposed to supply. They were happy to supply those at an additional $60, promised they would ship out same day however did not. Customer service reps seem to lack quite a bit of knowledge about their products and the sales staff isn't much better. Extremely frustrated at this point, pretty much the worst service I've had in a long time for any type of purchase. I certainly hope that the system works as advertised because this has not been a very pleasant experience so far.

Today was my third and last call to this place. Terrible customer service, they only want to work with large account holders and have no time for a customer with small orders. The parts guy or service guy even told me that, go to big box store and get these little parts. No help at all, worthless and will go to Amazon from here on out and not try to support locally any more. I will also spread the word to everyone I know to avoid this place and shop and get service elsewhere.

We have had 6-filter under the sink system for 3 years now. The system cleans our extremely hard water very well so that we can drink the water, and it tastes great. The 2 stars is because of the customer service we are dealing with at this point. I ordered a replacement set of filters very soon after the initial installment so that we could have them on hand. We haven't needed to replace them until about 2.5 years later. When I opened the box, I followed all of the instructions on the helpful video, but when it came to replacing the filters, they didn't fit. I called the customer service and found that we had been sent the wrong filters. I was able to order the correct filters and returned the wrong ones (they didn't return all of my money, they kept out about $20). Now, 8 business days later (but 2 actual weeks later), we still don't have the delivery. My husband called the company and found that they weren't even shipped yet. We were not notified that they weren't shipped, or communicated about this matter at all. I've been expecting the filters to arrive 'any day', and have been eeking by having to buy and tote water from the RO machine in town. We still don't know when our filters will be shipped because the rep. couldn't find out when the missing membrane and certain filter would be available.
