Micheal Galbreath was clear, knowledgeable, and very customer oriented. I wish all customer service was this good. Due to the shortage of one of the items I ordered, he substituted an upgrade so I could meet my plumber's scheduled job start date. Michael corrected a billing error with a simple phone call. The product was easy to setup and use. Downloading the proper app was a bit confusing; but Michael got me on the right track. I'm now enjoying great tasting water at every location in my house. I highly recommend US Water Systems.

I ordered a whole-house system by phone. The person taking my order was very knowledgeable about the equipment and did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need (he basically confirmed that I was choosing the best setup for my situation). I usually hate talking to sales representatives on the phone, but this was a very pleasant experience and it gave me a lot of confidence in this company.

So far customer service has always been easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions. I have not installed my equipment yet but I feel very confident in the equipment selection after reviewing the water testing results.

Jake was on vacation and Tim Radefield finished taking my order. He was very helpful. I received my order within the stated delivery time and all parts were delivered and with no damage. I had a question on installation. I called the technical department and they answered my question again to my satisfaction. Job well done by all.

I ordered and installed myself a Matrixx combo system with UV filter for our freshly-drilled well. US Water Systems shipped everything quickly and packed it well—huge number of parts with this order, all were present and none broken. I used their manuals to install the whole thing myself. I had a couple questions and let me say—their experts-on-staff claim is 100% legit. The guys I spoke with understood my questions and gave me excellent answers that made their expertise very clear. The system has been up and running for a few months now and the difference is immense—no more scale on everything, no more terrible odor from very faucet… just beautiful, clear water we can drink from the tap. Overall, a fantastic experience!
