My experience with US water was fantastic. I would love to have had a water system for my refrigerator. Unfortunately, it requires a discharge hose and drain for the system. I anxiously ordered the unit and then had to cancel big disappointment.

Fairly simple installation, our install was not the intended under the sink install. However, industry standard fittings readily available at the hardware store completed our installation.
Product seems of good quality with what looks like a detailed installation manual. I believe the manual should cover how to mount the filter unit, or sit it on the floor, there is no mention of how to install the tank. Also mention how to add or remove pressure from the tank as I had to call support to troubleshoot the issue.

The product is water test. Things went pretty smoothly. Web portal (from QRC code link) was ok, but there was one or two minor confusions.
I have been billed over two 1/2 weeks ago & still don’t have product. I had to call to find out status which was unknown.
