I would have given them 5 stars but…
I would have given them 5 stars but when I ordered my new filter housing the customer service person SHOULD have told me I would need the filter wrench to go along with it. Had he told me I would have ordered it at the same time. Now I have to order the wrench and pay for additional shipping. Bummer!

On new orders I believe you are doing…
On new orders I believe you are doing great. Michael was helpful and the communication was good because he explained things and was easy to speak with. For repair orders, not so much. I feel like the customer service I received for my repair order didn’t seem to go as well. The representative I spoke with may be very technically smart and good at his job, but his communication skills are lacking.

I experienced some trouble with my much-loved Defender RO system that serves my house on an island on well water. These guys jumped on the problem on the phone and helped me diagnose it and immediately sent me a replacement part. The system is great, I love the water, and now I can see their customer service is as excellent as their products. You don’t need to shop around. Trust US Water Systems. They get it right.
