Your website, does not comprehend that you can have a shipping address (USA) and a card/billing address from another country. So I had to call the number on your web site. I have used US Water Systems for several years now. The have consistently provided outstanding customer service and support. I setup my automatic shipping order for chemicals and it works as advertised. Saves me money too.
The quick order processing and helpfulness. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the cust service rep said I can get a military discount and the 5% for the subscription. But only got the 5%
Had a hard time speaking to someone about the correct filters to order. Attempted to use the chat now feature, only to be left idle for more than an hour. Dialed the 800 number to speak to a live operator and it went straight to voicemail. I ended up just ordering the filters alone, that best matched my setup.

AGENT ZEROED IN ON THE PROBLEM
I'm having to rebed my entire water treatment system myself, neutralizer, softener, and iron filter. Not only did I find all of the media I was looking for on one website, I found better quality media than on any other website. Because US Water's pricing and the cost of shipping, I am able to rebed my system for less than my former water treatment company wanted to charge just to do the neutralizer. 400 pounds of media will be delivered on a pallet to my door. Doesn't get easier than that.
