USA made?! I think not!! I ordered the PurelyEZ unit and every box in the order was manufactured either in China or Taiwan!! Nowhere on the sight does it state that certain products may NOT be USA made! Absolutely NOT acceptable to advertise the way you do! Will not be keeping this unit as I am a PATRIOT! Very sad to think you’re lying to make a sale…
Horrible customer service, extended processing times. Go elsewhere. Placed order Friday 1-19-24 at 10:00 am (before the 3:00 pm cut off time as stated on web site) called to check status on 1-23-24 was told will not ship out 1-26-24 then 3-6 days for delivery. Only bought a $35 common V3006 valve. Wasted two days to find out not shipping for 3 more days. My mistake will not happen again. Shop elsewhere.
For one the prices are expensive. In the beginning I didn't know anything or any better. Parts are high in price to keep systems going especially if failure happens right after warranty period which happens sometimes. The biggest issue is controller failure or uv sensor failure always in a five year time frame. Costly when in the same year you purchase a lamp, sensor & controller. Customer service is no help. Do not seem to care about customers problems with there equipment. Recently had issues with uv intensity fault with system. Messaged a question online to them about typical life span of different pieces of equipment? They responded call tech services. I emailed them. Not sure of wait times that I don't have because I'm rural with well water. I already had a lamp on hand &ordered a glass sleeve & extra lamp. Fault shown 40% intensity on controller. Emailed tech before I started my troubleshooting. Because lamp was replaced In August at expiration. Went good no issues. September 3rd 40% uv. Tech emailed me a picture of uv sensor and asked to clean it. So I powered off, drained,clean the sensor and went ahead replaced lamp just in case I got a faulty one. Along with glass sleeve. Pressure water powered on the lamp went to 100%. I was happy went ate a sandwich went back to check & its at 0% with alarm. Figured it's easier just to call tech member, have on phone to troubleshoot. Their was a wait so I did call back. While waiting I ordered another sensor because I need my water online and sanitary also I figured what's the odds of two bad lamps. He called me back that's when I figured out I'm a drive through paper cup not a loyal customer that never complained just needed help that I didn't get. I explained my issue from the beginning until present after lamp replacement & glass sleeve cleaning sensor twice once before lamp replacement and after along with power down unplug sensor reconnect & 0% intensity still. He replies do you want to wait on new sensor? I'm thinking he knew already I ordered one? My thoughts were well he must pulled up my account. I paused to let him speak to see if he was going to go through steps on troubleshooting because he's the tech. His response was "What do you want me to do about it?" I was shocked at response I pause then he hangs up. Doesn't call back & neither do I. After spending over $1000 on US water equipment & still same problem. I refuse to spend $500 0n controller. I'm moving on and hope to spare anyone else any headaches. In the beginning they were great after I'm all setup and spent money became a loyal customer who appreciated that they helped me with having clean water and things happen but I've gone through 2 controller & sensor in 12 years along with yearly lamp replacement which has to be done but the prices they charge & lack of concern anymore isn't worth it. Basically you can purchase somewhere else like box store or online install yourself or have a plumber to. Have everything canister,lamp, controller etc $300 to $500 for home & bulbs are not over $100 or $200. I can't believe I was so dumb. Shame on me but not no more. I hope this sensor fixes my issue so I didn't waste $300 dollars or same amount to replace US water uv system. Good luck to who reads this.
I have a non working USwatersystems RO unit. I have called several times for help finding the part numbers for the equipment I need to make the system work. An employee with a speech defect keeps hanging up on me. He wants to tell me how bad my problem is, without suggesting part numbers or a way to move forward with my repair. USwatersystems is all about the sale. They do not care about leaving you with a working system. Save yourself time and money and buy from someone else.
Constantly breaks down due to filter housing made of cheap plastic. The membrane housing cracked and began leaking so USWS sent a replacement that was the wrong size. After bringing this to their attention they refused to believe that they could make a mistake and just chose to ignore me for weeks. I had to buy push fittings with larger threading to make their replacement part work just to have the pump fail the very next day. I spent thousands of dollars on this system and wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone because their customer support is lacking.
I just want to say we are soo happy we went with us water system. I had really bad sulfur in my water. like smelled up the whole house after a shower. So I bought the Matrixx Infusion Iron And Sulfur Filter. it is absolutely amazing how good this system works 100% gone no more smelly water. Riley In tech support was absolutely amazing. I had a few questions when I was installing the system and he answered me right away. Called me by phone and walked me through everything. So happy with everything. Best money I ever spent honestly. This really really works!! Thanks for everything guys and thanks for making a killer product.
Riley not only helped us get over a water pressure issue by recommending a well pressure tank, but he also helped us troubleshoot a strange issue with the tank full float. He also helped us remedy an issue where we piped the booster pump inlet and outlet reversed. He was patient and incredibly experienced and friendly on top of it. Awesome!
I installed an All American RO filtration system two years ago. After installation i was having what is refereed to as TDS creep. Over time the level of TDS in the treated water would increase. US Water provided excellent tehnical support and offered many different suggestions as to how to remedy the issue. They sent me various components trying to identify the problem but to no avail. Then they suggested I install a new / different membrane, this has resolved the problem. The TDS reading are now over 90% lower than the incoming water. US Water continued to work with me to fix the problem which ultimately we did. I would strongly recommend US Water Systems.
A HUGE THANK YOU TO US WATER SYSTEMS INC!!!!! We switched back to well water after having enough of the problems with the water system we were on. We bought the US Water Systems Pulsar Max Plus Ultraviolet Disinfection System | Up To 20 GPM and it was extremely easy to install. I had one little seeping leak and US Water customer service helped with giving me the best option to choose from to fix this little issue. Fixed it and now we have water that is not horrible. It is crystal clear and has no weird smell or taste or color. LOVE IT!!!!!!
I guess I called just as you were closing and was caught on hold by your phone system for quite a while. I hung up and redialed to hear the "closed" message. Several minutes Seth called and helped me solve my problem while in his car. These comments are unsolicited-- I asked him how I might be able to provide this input.
I had a leak in my water Softener system a few months ago and Riley Dill, Customer service representative, was absolutely wonderful.. Got the right parts and instruction on how to repair the leak. I had another issue with the system and since I had Rileys email I contacted Riley directly. I received prompt and accurate answers to my enquiries. I was not asked to go directly to the website for registration. My problem was fixed with Rileys assistance. This was a model for how customer service works for the customer. Thanks to Riley.
I purchased a Mini Trax water softener and installed it in our Motorhome. This is a compact softener that is meant for installations in a permanent location and proved to be a challenge adapting it for our Motorhome. I spoke to technicians several times as installation issues arose and they were always extremely polite and knowledgeable. They are a model of how tech support should be. Kudos to a great team and a great company.
I have been a customer of US Water Systems, Inc., for quite some time and I have never been disappointed in their service of fulfilling my orders for peroxide for my water system. I recently made my usual 3 box purchase but only two boxes and a single bottle arrived. Sadly, one of the boxes had been damaged during Fed Ex shipping and the single bottle had been relabeled for delivery. I promptly notified US Water Systems of the issue and within a couple of days another box was on its way to me thanks to Caitlynn's prompt addressing of the issue. What I most appreciate, though, is that shipment of not only this purchase but all my purchases in the past is incredibly fast and the Fed Ex delivery of product this time was on a Sunday! How great is that? I highly recommend this company for their kindness, prompt service, and terrific customer service. Thank you so much, US Water Systems and Caitlynn:-)
