Good product, bad customer service

We have had 6-filter under the sink system for 3 years now. The system cleans our extremely hard water very well so that we can drink the water, and it tastes great. The 2 stars is because of the customer service we are dealing with at this point. I ordered a replacement set of filters very soon after the initial installment so that we could have them on hand. We haven't needed to replace them until about 2.5 years later. When I opened the box, I followed all of the instructions on the helpful video, but when it came to replacing the filters, they didn't fit. I called the customer service and found that we had been sent the wrong filters. I was able to order the correct filters and returned the wrong ones (they didn't return all of my money, they kept out about $20). Now, 8 business days later (but 2 actual weeks later), we still don't have the delivery. My husband called the company and found that they weren't even shipped yet. We were not notified that they weren't shipped, or communicated about this matter at all. I've been expecting the filters to arrive 'any day', and have been eeking by having to buy and tote water from the RO machine in town. We still don't know when our filters will be shipped because the rep. couldn't find out when the missing membrane and certain filter would be available.
