Poor communication
I ordered a softener totaling $6644.76 and after two weeks of waiting I called to follow up on the shipping and was told it was on backorder. I was not alerted to the fact that there was a delay until I called after two weeks of waiting. I was told I would get a call back with more information and never received a return call. There was no communication without calling and pushing for action.

So far, so good
Arrived in a short time. Installation and instructions were straight forward. Good quality parts and working as expected. One improvement is in the phone app. It does not have an exit or log off. So annoying have to lock/unlock phone to kill the app. As a senior software app developer, this is so basic and simply to do. So that would great they can implement it in next app upgrade.

US Water Representatives, and Tech Support are expedient, helpful, and Really do All they can to fix any problems, and make helpful suggestions for future use of the R.O. Defender Units, processes. As well as All future needs such as Membranes, Magna Filters, Peroxide, and Antiscale Maintenance. I find they have heard my concerns or questions, and treat me like family to find solutions.

Recommend US Water System softener and filter.
After moving I am on my second softening system from US Water. It works great and reduced my salt usage by a lot compared to the previous system I had. Ordering replacement filters is very easy and receiving a discount and free shipping for setting up automatic shipments made that route very attractive. I would highly recommend their systems. Customer service is the best as well.
