US Water provided me with great service when my reverse osmosis system began leaking. They helped diagnose the problem and quickly sent me the replacements I needed.

The products are well made. Can't yet confirm that the LimeBlaster filter works. Website is quite good BUT it became very painful after getting to the cart and it determined my order had to be shipped to Canada. Then the pain started. Several tries and having to hunt and peck for a number to then making calls. Finally got a human who then spent a while with me on hold to determine shipping costs. $125 order and charged $118 for shipping!!!!!! Amazon can do it included in the price? I was most interested in the lime blaster filters. If they don't work I will still seriously consider your whole house water system but will have to find another shipment method. Surely in todays economy Water Systems can strreamline the cart/checkout portion on the web. M. Sweet

It’s working. Easy to install. App makes controls really simple. Printed directions could be clearer on how to use the sanitizer.

The sales and technical people are very knowledgeable and professional and want to solve your problem. I actually enjoy talking to the staff.

Rene was the sales associate I spoke with, he was very knowledgeable of the RO system I was inquiring about, he gave me several options. I purchased the the 200-AARO-5100-BC, All American 5 Stage RO System. I was extremely happy to know the system I purchased is exclusively manufactured in the USA (all components) and at an affordable price (received a Military Discount on top of the sale price). Found my shipment will be arriving in a reasonable time (free shipping). US Water Systems Inc. listed easy installation guidelines on their website. Excited to install.

I received the order of filters and o-rings. Upon inspecting the 3 o-rings, I noticed that the cross-sectional diameter of two of the o-rings was substantially different and obvious to the naked eye. One measured ~0.160" and the other ~0.190". I called to find out why they were different sizes and the person I talked to said that they were received from the vendor and it was normal for them to be different in cross-sectional diameter, but could not tell me what cross-sectional diameter they should be. His advice was to try one and see if it worked, hardly a fail safe way to go forward.

Website was easy to navigate and delivery of my order was as promised.

Jake spent as much time with me as I needed to answer all of my questions. He was knowledgeable, articulated his answers clearly and patient with my many questions.

Equipment seems to be a good quality, only recommend you to have more customers service representatives to get back sooner tou your clients.

We have dealt many different treatment systems in 32 year living in Maryland. Orange rust colored clothes with hints of sulfur. Now perfect, healthy and delicious water flows through our house.

The instructions are inadequate. There does not seem to be a logical sequence to the order of instructions. Additionally, when speaking with a technical rep at one point he said "yes, the instructions are wrong". Seriously? He said they hadn't gotten around to fixing that part. There is also little guidence on the drain requirments. I understand that there are different codes but there could be some guidance given. Also, I did find some very helpful YouTube videos on the installation. Why not provide those links in the literature you provide? Finally, after assembly and getting everything working there was a small leak in the T fitting at the outflow of the pump. We called about this and they said that that fitting was not fitted by them even though there was teflon tape already on it. We thought it was preassembled by the company so we never touched it. The tech claimed that they never do that but ours arrived like that. Finally, I was puzzled by the inclusion of the pages and pages of the "app" that can be used with some systems. I didn't even know that was an option so when I called to ask about its inclusion in the installation manual I was told to ignore it as my system did not use that. Once completed all was fine but you really need help on your instruction booklet.

Would have given a 5 star rating if there were instructions or guidelines included in the rebed kit.

Part was missing on my system to mount my permeate pump - no extra hose shipped with the pump as shown in sales literature - had to call and explain what part was missing - thought extra hose would also be sent - was not.. Had a concern about how the system would mount to my basement wall. The way it’s designed, the filter canisters will rub on the wall. Had to add a spacer to mount. Service didn’t realize this was the case or could be a problem. This system was recommended by a friend. My friends system used a steel mounting bracket - US water systems have cheeped it down to now have a plastic mounting system that is not as robust as the metal bracket. A little disappointing. I expect more from MADE IN USA. To their credit, at least they answer the phone with someone to ask questions to - but they always can’t answer and say they will get back with you which they do.
