Product was listed “in stock” but was not. It took several weeks longer than indicated at time of purchase. Communication about the issue was satisfactory but only after several weeks into the process.

High quality products, well packed and shipped fast. I had a small issue with my order, and their customer service responded right away to fix the problem. I will be doing business with these folks again!

I have been using US Water Systems for years. Their hardware is top notch, American made, works better and lasts longer than the cheap junk made in China sold in most stores. Excellent customer service as well.

Montana was very helpful in answering questions and suggesting the filter that would work for our system.

It's been 19 days and I still haven't received the RO system. Ive had to buy over 20 gallons of distilled water to compensate. Although I have been notified of the delay..it was only after I contacted you guys that the notification of what was going on occurred a few days after calling.

The system was easy to set up and we noticed an immediate effect. Overall the hardware is a 5-star. One star deduction because the printed set of instructions provided with the water softener was out-of-date compared to the PDF instructions online; there were a couple of notable differences. The base on the tank was not precisely level and we could not figure out how to adjust it to make the tank straight.

Locating the product needed and ordering was very user friendly. The order was processed quickly, and email and text notification prompt.

While reaching out to US water systems, I felt comfortable knowing that the information that was given to me was correct and exactly what I needed for my application. The sales people at US water are very nice and easy to work with and don’t mind answering questions without being pressured.

My problem with my U.S. Water System was easily fixed with advice and needed supplies.

Order was processed and sent on its way immediately. Unfortunately, FedEx delivered to wrong address and never was able to locate. As soon as I contacted US Water Systems with my problem, they sent out a replacement order. Complete satisfaction with professional customer service department and Taylor Sheppard in particular.
