While the rep that answered my call didn’t know the exact part that I needed (it was not during office hours) she did message a representative to call me with that information and I got the call the very next morning. I was also assisted in lowering the cost by ordering it as an automatic subscription

Everything was good. My only recommendation would be to color code fittings and piping/tubing.

If you are like me, you appreciate the fact that your order actually fits your product. The original manufacturer/sales department had issues with my parts being right for my system. Bravo for getting it right the first time.

The new water softener arrived with no missing parts. The instructions were clear and accurate - in some cases the photos could be bigger to make sure I was looking at the right part, etc. One suggestion - have the bead supplier design a new bag. That thing is heavy and the bag doesn't have a built in handle (like softener salt) to help hold it up and pour the beads into the unit. Also the "spout" on the bag is terrible, I finally cut off the corner of the bag to get the beads to pour out.

Price was right, delivered when they said it would be. Only had it installed one week so I can't say much about it long term yet........

More options are needed, easier navigation of site, ability to create a custom system would be great

The Team at US Water has been my "Go-To" for filters for over 8 years now, when I needed a new part they made sure I got the right products and double checked that it would fit. There was a problem with shipping my "Overnight" Filter, and because I was without water for 2 additional days they refunded the items AND shipping! I will go nowhere else for my water filters, they are a Stand-Up Company.
