I was told different things, first I would get a part exchange, Second I would be shipped a box with an RGA label, never happened. I had to email a second request and I was sent an RGA label no box. Note I lost another week on getting head repaired. Not happy, damn good thing you have great products
My order was fast and painless. The hiccup during delivery was caused by a hurricane that passed through it was only a delay of a couple days, nothing was damaged. I decided to purchase from US Water because they use parts manufactured and built in the US. That was very important to me. I did have a question after installation and the support team called and walked me through and helped very quickly. This has been a great experience. I would recommend them totally. Susan

Water Specialist Rene Anies was very helpful and aided me in placing an order. Never at all did he make any rude or smart comments like other sales specialist at other companies. I had some questions on the product I was ordering, which he was able to answer. Overall great experience will continue to purchase and will definitely continue to recommend US Water Systems.

Conner addressed my issue withthe correct product so I could order needed replacement medias. He was able to determine the size of my tanks and how much of each product was needed. My tanks had been installed over 10 years ago and were not purchased from US Water Sys. Also, he provided the instructions and YouTube videos needed to do the job with confidence.
Support staff are always knowlwdgeable, they listen to my questions and offer good advice.
