Haseeb Malik WAS Amazing! I had a new sim card sent to me and before changing out the old sim I was worried about losing my text messages and contacts and he helped me with every step which was a little technical. I'm not tech savvy but I try to keep up as best I can. He was so very kind, patient, understanding and Knowledgeable. I'd give him 10 Stars if I could. Thank you so very much!
