Customer service's method of solving issues is to ignore you. Very poor service all around, unable to even explain their own policies and procedures.
I screwed up and made TWO accounts and purchased the BOGO deal on the account not affiliated with my number. I reached out to support and met Farasha and Nabeel. They were amazing! I got my situation figured out in no time and I received a lot of tips too. I’m extremely grateful! I hope the coverage is even half as good as their customer service.

US Mobile always gives great service. I have never been let down with their customer service. Today Abdur Rehman helped me with a simple issue that in other places may become more difficult than it needs to be. US Mobile customer service does what they need to do, in a very respectful and pleasing manner. Not to mention the high ration of quality to cost that their service provides. All around recommendation of this company to anyone who may be reading this. I've been with them for years.

I never realized how amazing US Mobile was until I made the awful decision to leave. I had been on US Mobile for over half a year and in that time, I never once had to contact support about a single issue. I then switched to Total Wireless since they had a better deal, but boy did I not know what I was getting myself into. Within 2 months of switching to Total Wireless, I'd spent more time with their customer service than any other company in my life, dealing with issue after issue. I somehow stuck it out for 8 months, but a recent issue that took a whole Saturday to get resolved was the last straw. I am finally very happily back to US Mobile and will never take for granted how amazing US Mobile is ever again.

I made a change to my plan. However, I have an automatic payment, so the change did not go in effect right away. I reached out to US Mobile customer service via chat. With Dishia Ijaz's great support, I was able to use the new plan right after that. The chat is very convenient. This is not the first time I reached out to their customer service. Every time, I get great service. I am very satisfied with the US Mobile's Customer Service.

I was having such an annoying time trying to activate my daughter's Apple Watch. I messaged the chat concierge. I was connected with Aiman Karim and he was so helpful. He was able to walk me through undoing what I messed up and again through starting over setting up the device after I had botched it. He was very helpful, patient, kind and solved my problem quickly and completely. Thank you Aiman Karim!
Just signed up, wanted to upgrade to a bigger plan and accidentally signed up for the wrong thing. The help chat fixed it all for me without having to call anyone and didn’t have to sit on hold forever like I would if I still had Verizon plus I will be saving 110 dollars a month or 1320 dollars for the same year (I bought the yearly membership, such a good deal).
Hassan Khalid helped me port over two lines and also go above and beyond helping me upgrade a 2gb line to an unlimited plan. Since I prepaid, there were some workarounds he had to do. He was great and I could not recommend him or US Mobile more. Customer service and service is great.

2hrs on wait- 1/2 with a guy saying he would call back to test issue- never did= 3hrs today. Feel for workers and this one stated hearing many complaints as system is 'bad now'. As such- 'you are 20th in line- options to not talk with a human/ bot chat or whatever, my case needs nuanced support. Later- 'you are 3min out....(20min later).. you are 25th in line= repeat. Update- waited through another 1/2 hr (light yrs ahead of last one, still a mind fuch)- this man also was thoughtful in phone affect- then asked me to turn off airplane mode- that cut him out= no call back & I am calling again I think for closure, but maybe for some penitent kink. This is the irony or rather part of the mindfuch- they are the actually phone provider- but are not able to call back when this has happened. Dunno, sure as know they know my number. On to bigger things, I got some infected knives to juggle, prob will find closure on that shite. --> Last update in case anyone reads, b/c I wouldn't- but= original call of 2.5hrs was for the fact my VM messages don't show up until 5 days later- ie- I can get 4 important one's on Monday, only to not pop up in iphone until Sat. After now 6hrs or a bit of like a work shift w/o getting paid- 1) there was no rectification; USM could never call me back per their system (they did sent emails to this extent)- let alone test the VM settings- while a neighbor could do all- just not my carrier.; the problem is periodic, so will happen again- but I am leaving now 12pm-630pm just happy I am receiving calls. Lastly, I did ask for credits given the situation- 'I am sorry sir, I asked the team & unfortunately no. Koko
