I applied for a debt consolidation loan which would allow me to have consolidated 5 credit accounts and save £300 a month. My application was unsuccessful despite having more than enough affordability post-consolidation to comfortably maintain the repayments. The underwriter I spoke to was pleasant and helpful although did come across as having a fairly negative approach to what she was doing. I would recommend applying but be aware of unrealistic stress testing!

Easy application, advisor India, was very thorough with her questions rightly so, she was kind and encouraging throughout telephone contact. The application process was very easy and quick, I received the funds into my bank pretty much as soon as all the final checks had been completed. India communicated well throughout the process and I knew exactly were things were up to throughout.
