Each person I spoke to online was very polite and helpful. They were able to troubleshoot and help me get to a solution.

The experience was wonderful because of how precise, efficient, and extremely fast to a solution my representative was. I was even assisted with how to find information I was not originally looking for. I am very appreciative of how speedy the representative was, and how there was essentially no hassle to help me.
Every time I have a problem with my phone, Twigby has a real person ready to help, and quickly solves my problems. They also allow me to choose an actually personalized plan. PLUS, their radio towers reach more remote places in some cases than my friend's provider's radio towers do. Good job, Twigby!

Had phone stolen four days ago, and have had "chat" with multiple associates in this time period. Twigby said they sent Port Out Pin # to my email, however, two days later they repaired their email system and I received a # that did not work. Decided to go with Verizon, and have been waiting for Port Out Pin # that works properly. Twigby has sent three different #'s now and Verizon says Twigby has to Remove the Delay Status. Some one has to make this right and have some intelligence. Obsurd business practices
I live in a major metropolitan area with excellent cell reception and this is the only service I've ever had drop out for minutes at a time multiple times. In addition, they don't make it clear that autopay is the only payment option. If you sign up, you're signed up for good. You must contact support and go through a bunch of rigamarole to cancel. I threatened to charge back the payment since it wasn't made clear I was signing up for autopay and they threatened in return to charge me $30 for doing the chargeback. It's true that they have my payment information and could try it, but if they do, I will report them to the BBB and FTC. Companies should not be able to threaten their customers with random charges for doing chargebacks. On top of having scummy business practices, like I said, their service stinks. I'm outta here.
Glitches in their website's IMEI caused problems with the initial set up, but glitches can happen. They acknowledged it and said they'd address it. Ok. But then after two full weeks, the (two) SIM cards have not arrived. I chatted again with an agent to resolve, but this time I got an argument about it's 6-10 business day--no problem solving here. Still don't have the SIM cards. We're not off to a good start. Updated 12/30: While I stand behind my first review, I will add that once the SIMs arrived, the customer service folks were very helpful in working through the continued problems with IMEI and ICCI numbers, this time failing to activate. They hung in there, though, and after a full day of problem solving, activated the two lines. In short, a problem accurately identified is half solved: Annie and others saved the day.

Website is nice and simple, but we also use Tello and their site is a lot more simple. Coming from Verizon I can say both sites are 10 times more easy to navigate than Verizon
