Had phone stolen four days ago
Had phone stolen four days ago, and have had "chat" with multiple associates in this time period. Twigby said they sent Port Out Pin # to my email, however, two days later they repaired their email system and I received a # that did not work. Decided to go with Verizon, and have been waiting for Port Out Pin # that works properly. Twigby has sent three different #'s now and Verizon says Twigby has to Remove the Delay Status. Some one has to make this right and have some intelligence. Obsurd business practices
