This review is in regards to Aubree @Twigby. She assisted me with purchasing a phone today (2/2/2024). In the process of submitting a review, I ACCIDENTALLY gave her a thumbs down. It took me like 2 seconds to get ahold of twigby chat, have them remove one payment card, and change my autopay date to the beginning of the month! ALL THINGS OTHER COMPANIES PRETEND ARE IMPOSSIBLE OR SUPER-TIME CONSUMING!!! Come on... We all knew it was a load of BS the entire time.. lol! 😁

Everything is done online, but it is easy. The customer service is excellent. The phone and plan prices are reasonable. I bought a temporary plan from Twigby. And they have a plan that can hold the number, and I can reactivate it whenever I want. It's great!

Great service at an awesome price, especially for low data users such as myself. Friendly and helpful customer service easily talked to through the online chat.

I have been using Twigby for last 3 years and never have any coverage issue. It is first Prepaid independant company Shows operator logo as Verizon .. I have unlimited internation text and calling to my country . I like and brought my friends and family to Twigby .. All are happy and satisfid . There port in number process is faster than other prepaid Services provider cellular companies. Highly Recommanded Cellular company

The process of switching my phone from Spectrum could not have been easier. I even got a bonus for being a returning customer!

The fact the service is cheap and allows you to use your own phones is nice. Mint mobile is the cheapest that's advertised but I learned of Twigby through word of mouth at the moment. When you're at your lowest and need to get cheap phone plans, twigby really does help.
