Bad service and scummy business practices
I live in a major metropolitan area with excellent cell reception and this is the only service I've ever had drop out for minutes at a time multiple times. In addition, they don't make it clear that autopay is the only payment option. If you sign up, you're signed up for good. You must contact support and go through a bunch of rigamarole to cancel. I threatened to charge back the payment since it wasn't made clear I was signing up for autopay and they threatened in return to charge me $30 for doing the chargeback. It's true that they have my payment information and could try it, but if they do, I will report them to the BBB and FTC. Companies should not be able to threaten their customers with random charges for doing chargebacks. On top of having scummy business practices, like I said, their service stinks. I'm outta here.
