I regret leaving Twigby for Mint Mobile. The service and coverage is so much better with Twigby. And now, their new plans are equally priced as Mint! I'll be coming back to Twigby once my promotional period concludes. Only downside is that Twigby doesn't do international calling.

My wife and I have been with Twigby for years. Their customer service is head and shoulders above the rest. We had 5GB plans but because of my job, I needed more. Twigby also has 8GB and 20GB plans. Jon looked at my usage. He could easily have said I needed 20GB, but he didn't try to gouge me and said the 8GB should suffice. He made the change right away and offered to put my wife on a new 5GB plan which was less. End result - our account now has a credit! Honest and helpful, fantastic customer service...Twigby is a keeper.

they canceled my number for no reason. with only a one time notice. was not willing to help me get my number back to port it out to another provider. i would recommend that if you want to save your number make sure to take your number out today there are some more good companies with the same great prices and better service. i tried to chat but nobody helped me. i sent a few emails no replies update for 10/31/2023 they helped me reactivate so i can port out but if i pay for unlimited really it should be unlimited but i can get my number out.

A young man, by the name of Jon was above and beyond in his service to me as an employee of Twigby (which I have found to be THE BEST online provider of my experience since before it became WWW. Yes, some of us were around before pictures, and the fellow who provided my service today was one of my best ever experiences since the late 90s. Thank you, Jon. Fixed problem, kind

1. No wait time for agent chat. 2. No automated robot junk. 3. Agent polite and willing. 4. Everytime.

Customer service is great. I have only had 1 rep that had no idea what was going on or how to solve the issue. All the others are VERY knowledgeable!! Only other is is when you run out of "high speed data" it drops to the speed of old 2g service. Less than 1by1mbps. Can't even track my kids phones on that speed. BUT the unlimited is $35 and gives 20gb of "high speed data" whether your on 4g LTE or 5G. Other than that it works well on Verizon network. If they could just up their "low speed data" to 3g speeds it would be the best and the cheapest (least expensive) on the market.

I got my question answered quickly. Great service.
