Each person I spoke to online was very polite and helpful. They were able to troubleshoot and help me get to a solution.
Ellie was so patient as we worked through our phone portal transfer. We were stressed out by our AT&T situation and she took that stress away and gave us comfort that the job would be done expeditiously and correctly. She did both! I wish every customer service dept. had such competent and friendly service personnel.
Service person was very helpful and walked me through the steps to activate my new service. Turns out I put the wrong chip in the phone. I am switching two phones and there was no direction as to which chip was for which phone.

This is the second time I have had a major issue I needed to deal with. Jon did a great job and solved my problem in a Jif! Give this man a raise!!!
I had my doubts about a service that only had chat based customer service, but my interactions with them were very productive. The on-boarding process was seamless and exceeded my expectations. My number transfer occurred within minutes, and the SIM card arrived in two days...ordered on a Thursday and received on Saturday, after paying for 3-5 day shipping. This experience is far superior to the one I had with Consumer Cellular, where the SIM never arrived, none were in stock at Target and minimal effort was made to rectify the situation on their part.

Tell ur customer service reps to start treating there callers better. This kid that works for u has been giving my mother the run around about getting her a Sim card. I strongly suggest people rethink going forward with this company. Doesn't seem like they care about helping but hurting. Do better. 1 star is to much
