I was skeptical that coverage would be good but I am pleasantly surprised! I live in the middle of nowhere, in the mountains where most services are just dead zones and I get 4g service at home and 5g in town! I put it to the test today driving down the mountain where there's usually NO service but I had service for about 90% of that trip. I hit 2 dead zones but they were short and service restored pretty fast! Twigby is amazing!

TLDR; you can be on the same network, spend about the same amount, get more data, and receive much better customer service from Visible. If you want to be on the Verizon network, Visible is better than Twigby. Twigby had a great deal: $10/month for a 2 GB plan. That promo lasted 6 months, then it turns to $20/mo. I signed up. Within a month, the same priced plan turned into a 3 GB plan, but my plan was still 2 GB. I messaged to see if I could get mine changed. The answer was No, not unless I wanted to give up my $10 promo. I was bummed, but whatever. I still felt like I was getting a good deal. A few months later, I notice Visible has a promo for unlimited data at $15/month (normally $30/mo at that time, but now $25/mo) for 12 months. Twigby is also on the Verizon network. I told Twigby. They said that they couldn't match the deal. I decided to switch to Visible. At this point, I still had a good impression of Twigby. They weren't amazing, but they were cheap. I'll deal with a fair amount of bologna to save money. I tried to cancel my service. They delayed canceling my service until after they charged me for a full month. Legit, we are talking minutes later. I brought it to their attention. They refused to reverse the charge even though I didn't use their service at all that month. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. I couldn't be happier with Visible. I pay $25/month flat (that includes all taxes and stuff). My $20/month plan with Twigby came out to almost $23/month after taxes. For an extra $2 each month, I get unlimited data instead of 2 GB. I haven't tried to cancel with Visible yet. They might pull shady stuff like Twigby, but I doubt it. When I left the country for Japan, I asked them about suspending my service. Visible was like, "Just don't pay your bill." I followed their advice. When I landed in the US, I paid my bill. My service restarted and my new billing date was a month after that. It was really easy. In short, you can be on the same network, spend about the same amount, get more data, and receive much better customer service from Visible. If you want to be on the Verizon network, Visible is the way to go. I hope this review helps. I don't hate Twigby. They just annoyed me.
