Glitches in their website's and Slow SIM Delivery But Persistent Customer Service
Glitches in their website's IMEI caused problems with the initial set up, but glitches can happen. They acknowledged it and said they'd address it. Ok. But then after two full weeks, the (two) SIM cards have not arrived. I chatted again with an agent to resolve, but this time I got an argument about it's 6-10 business day--no problem solving here. Still don't have the SIM cards. We're not off to a good start. Updated 12/30: While I stand behind my first review, I will add that once the SIMs arrived, the customer service folks were very helpful in working through the continued problems with IMEI and ICCI numbers, this time failing to activate. They hung in there, though, and after a full day of problem solving, activated the two lines. In short, a problem accurately identified is half solved: Annie and others saved the day.
