Avoid. The most horrible experience. They scammed us and ruined our vacation by cancelling last minute with no warning. There is no remedy - they will point to small print in the agreement that they can cancel at any time, even the day before you arrive I presume. Never again.
I had a great first experience working with TurnKey Vacation Rentals. They are very thorough, and contacted us with rental house details when they said they would. It made our stay seamless and crystal clear. Not to mention the home they listed where we stayed was stellar with the best sunsets we have ever seen in NM! And NM is known for their sunsets!
This was a clean and cute cabin. It was a great location for skiing at ski brule. We had a great time and will likely return. The only real concern was the lack of railings on the staircases. Even with the warnings my husband took a fall down the stairs. Luckily outside of bumps and bruises his injuries were small. Someone else might not be so lucky.
Overall a really great house and rental company. We will come back!
We rented all four units and due to life only ended up using three. Two of the three were great. The third had a serious ant problem but the owners were dealing with it. This same unit also had no internet or TV that worked. This was not a huge deal as we did not spend much time there but could be an inconvenience for some. The location was great and a short Uber ride from Broadway and The Gulch. The neighborhood was safe and we were comfortable for our entire stay. The best feature was the mattresses!!! I struggle not sleeping in my own bed when away from home but the mattresses were great and I had no issues here. Seriously, the best mattresses I have ever slept on while on vacation.
We had a great stay at this spacious super clean townhome located at a very convenient place at the base of Canyons. We had some minor issues but Turnkey was on top of them right away through close communications and dispatch of the tech to remedy the issues. We highly recommend Turnkey and this location.
We've booked with turnkey in the past, we booked a week out and within 24 hours found out about a death in the family and a funeral that weekend. Turnkey refused to even allow us to change our dates within 24 hours with less than a day of "lost business". Book with a better business.
Had a last minute baseball tournament weekend for my son and booked a property. Company took care to make sure that we got all the codes that same day we checked in. Representatives were helpful and called to make sure I received all the information needed.
Great service and experience. Had one issue on arrival that was taken care of quickly and thoroughly. Clean, stylish accommodation just as advertised. Easy in and out and prompt communication.
HOLY MOLY this company is a J O K E. We paid $7200 for a cabin in Tahoe for a two day stay on NYE. First of all the owner “accidentally” locked the thermostat so we had no heat!! The living room fireplace was broken so we all freezing and wore snow jackets in the house. After they “unlocked” the thermostat two hours later, we wondering why it’s taking forever to warm up the house….why? Because the owner also set a limit on the temperature so it kept turning off when it hit 65. After complaining the whole night, the owners finally took off the temperature limit around 9pm so the house didn’t warm up till 1am. We couldn’t even bathe the kids and they started to get runny nose because it was THAT COLD! It’s snowing outside!!! There was hair in the shower and some of the guest bedsheet downstairs …$7200 and we don’t even get clean sheets?? No heat?? The ad said PET FRIENDLY. I confirmed through messages, agent on the phone and they all reassured me jt was a pet friendly home and paid extra $200 pet cleaning fee. We get to the house and there are “no pets allowed” sign everywhere! I even brought this up when I was dealing with the thermostat issue. She told me not to worry since we already paid the extra cleaning fee. Fast forward to 18 days later and I get a text messaging saying that we need to pay $500 for bringing dogs to the home. Excuse me? Dogs urinating on the driveway? How can you tell? There was a snowstorm for god sake. We paid extra so you can clean the dog hair? They didn’t even offer us early check in or late check out when no one was booked after us. How do I know? I know because the agent I spoke to (friend forgot a pair of shoes) confirmed this 2 days later. So no update regarding the shoes but I get a text message 18 days after our stay….we need to charge you $500 for bringing dogs to a non pet friendly home and they urinated on the driveway and front entry. Are you serious? How can you tell when there was a snowstorm? Did tbe urine somehow stain the driveway past 10” of snow? Seriously, it’s like a never ending nightmare. Dont ever book with this company…
TURNKEY - Minorga on the Key - Beachside Suites, Florida (Avenida Veneccis 274 is another name) DIRTY - MOLDY - GROSS 1. The place was dirty with mold. 2. Beds were unusable, to the point that you will be better off sleeping on the ground. 3. Oven didn't work 4.AC didn't work ( this was in Florida) 5. Turnkey customer service was BS us that they will be fixing thing 6. We asked the first day for either being relocated to another room or they can returned our money and NOTHING. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH TURNKEY - VERY POOR AND BAD SERVICE The only good thing was the location!
This was our first experience with TurnKey. From beginning to end TurnKey kept us informed about every aspect of our stay. They were quick to respond to text messages and handled any minor issues with care. We had a fun, relaxing trip and will most likely stay at this property again this year.

We are frequent users of VRBO and this one is on the top of our experiences. Well kept unit and lovely back yard. We would definitely consider returning in the future.
Dec 29-January 3rd Cabin 1 Downstairs bathroom (jetted tub) - we filled the tub up with water and turned on the jets and noticed black derby floating in the water. When we looked closer it looked to be mold and mildew. I’ve attached a picture to view. We quickly got out. Very dirty, cabin wasn't clean. There's was a lot of dust and even underneath the beds. It was really bad, we had ti clean a massive house because of that, plus TurnKey charge a massive amount of price for "cleaning purposes" A/C wasn't working well. During the day we had to open all windows and doors because it was too warm. Cabin 2 Fireplace wasn't working and the last 2 days it was very cold at night, family had to come over ca in 1 to stay warm. Last day of our stay, there's was a really bad storm,streets closed and TurnKey charge us because we had to stay few hours in the cabin because of the weather. (TurnKey was aware of the bad storm) Overall- location, quality, amenities-excellent Customer service- is better to use the phone number provided that you can text them.
I had a reservation in Black Mountain 01/15-01/17. The weather was too dangerous to travel so I asked if they would be so kind to change my reservation due to dangerous road conditions. They refused to assist and after many phone calls and begging just to change my reservation to another weekend. They said we will have a response in 48 hours, well 48 hours have come and gone to no response. Since they didn't care about my family's safety, I made a decision to cancel and lose $654.00. However, at one point one of their reps said we can change your reservation but you have to stay this month. I said let me look at my dates and I will call you back. When I called back to change they wouldn't honor what their own representative said. I feel as if they have lied and stolen my money. I have never had this experience with VRBO or one of their management companies. I could understand if it was in my control but this situation wasn't and as I look outside my own home I wouldn't have made it back safely even tomorrow. We have over 4 inches of snow and now ice is forming. DOT says it's too dangerous to be on the roads and stay off. I can't believe they didn't put the customer first at all. I hope people read this and think about booking first. I would have had to check out at 10:00 on Monday and it's not supposed to be above freezing. I couldn't stay another day due to work. It's been 4 days since they said I would hear from them.

This rental was everything advertised and more! Super-clean, cozy and welcoming. Very well-stocked kitchen. 2-car garage a plus. Nice quiet neighborhood. no complaints at all. and Turnkey customer service was excellent!
This beach house has everything and then some. The private beach was to die for. While we did have inclement weather - there were games to play - everything from board games to ping pong. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. We will be back.
