Everything about property was as advertised. No issues with management company. Easy to contact and no problems came up.
Fantastic and professional service. The minor problems we encountered were handled swiftly and with courtesy. House was in excellent condition and spotless upon arrival.
Great location a block from the Cabriolet lift at the Canyons. Older unit but clean. Couch and dishwasher need attention, some quirky electrical outlets that at times failed to charge our phones. My biggest complaint is that I contacted Turnkey prior to booking to verify the number of full bayhs and was assured there were 3. In reality there were only 2 1/2 baths which made showering a headache for six guys trying to get ready for dinner. It met our needs but barely.
The attentiveness and responsiveness was excellent! The video was perfect and was stocked with everything you would need. My only complaint would be the 10 digit lock code process (to enter property) is complicated and with so many digits, it caused multiple issues trying to gain access. Although there was an option to set the code to 4 digits, it never worked and we accidentally reset it to another 10 digit code which required us to ask for assistance from the property manager. I would recommend using the incoming guest’s last 4 digits of their cell phone to simplify gaining entry without having to fumble for your phone looking for the text message with the 10-digit code.
As an owner, communication, service, and income has been excellent.

I was handled by a supervisor by Janel, who cancelled trip with getting explicit confirmation that I wanted it to be cancelled. My wife had a medical emergency, so I was not able to make the trip I have booked for me and my friends. However I had purchased travel protection through THEIR partner, and I had spoken to an agent (Jason) and another supervisor (Darla) about how I needed to consider how a travel protection refund or transfer could be dealt with before making any changes to the booking. Janel unfortunately did not understand any of the previous conversations I had and made a fast change without speaking to me fully about my case. For this I am very unhappy with Turnkey's service. She than proceeded to have a nasty tone with me, which escalated the conversation, and then tried to rush me off of the phone without asking whether I had any other questions. Only after she cancelled the reservation, was I able to ask her what the full amount of the refund was, and whether that had included a consideration for the $500 travel protection through their partner. I have now ended up losing $500 of travel protection, because of the way that Janel handled my case. The previous people I spoke to Jason/Darla were both quite considerate. However Janel kept mentioning that it was not Turnkey's responsibility to speak about a third parties business. For this I understood, however, I explained to her that I was unhappy with how she did not consider any of the previous conversations I had with her team, and in processed a cancellation very fast, without giving me the time to think about the ramifications I had. She also had the audacity to tell me that she was doing me a favor, although I always had the option to administer my travel protection and get a full refund anyway. So actually because I've now lost the $500, I was definitely not given any favor, and quite the opposite. Although it is not Turnkey's responsibility to consider a third party insurance, they should at least be considering it within their actions, for the customer sake, especially when they propose it to you through THEIR website. This is not a customer centric attitude and I am very unhappy, and will unfortunately avoid Turnkey in the future.

We found our house just as nice as we had been expecting. It was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable for us. There were many places to hang out, porches, the back yard, and easy chairs inside. Two large screen tv’s allowed us to watch our favorite shows in the evening. Very short walk to the beach. No complaints at all!
Our experience with TurnKey was very positive. Communication was very clear, complete and frequent. All of our questions were answered and we had a great experience.
The management was very quick to respond to my questions and requests. The agents were polite and responded within minutes when I texted them. I would definitely recommend them.
The service provided by Turnkey is second to none. They go out of their way to provide a safe and comfortable vacation. We had a few issues with our home and they were quickly handled!
Great experience from booking to checkin and out. Only negative is that the condo was listed as “oceanfront” which I guess technically is true of the condo complex. Our unit was in the last building of the complex thus not actually oceanfront. It was a beautiful walk to the beach down a boardwalk beyond the buildings, it was definitely a walk though. If renting this unit you shouldn’t expect ocean views or a quick “hop” to the beach. Otherwise the condo and facilities were excellent!!
This was a very great Airbnb. The host thought of everything from games to batteries to even a single envelope. Couple things we struggled with was, we looked through the entire house for an iron which we were never able to find. Also the garbage disposable and dishwasher were not working so we washed dishes by hand. Other than that everything else was perfect. Rooms, view and the entire house was beautiful. Our flight was canceled due to bad weather. We immediately let Turnkey, Vrbo, and the property manager know. We were advised not to cancel outright as we would l9se the money from our booking. We'll, here we are trying to rebook a couple of days later. Looks like we lose the money anyway. Good thing I purchased the worthless cancelation insurance!
The property we rented for 2 months in park city utah was amazing. Turn key was very responsive until a pipe burst on the 3rd floor and flooded out our bedroom. I have not had a text or phone call response all day. when I call the main turn key number, I keep getting told that a response team member will call me back.
The area was perfect for anyone traveling with a dog since it was so close to a park. It was easy to communicate with TurnKey once we got to the property, however, there was some confusion about registering my dog at the property. With that in mind every time I talked with TurnKey they were polite and tried to be helpful. I would definitely rent from them again.
I had a wonderful time at the house. great pool and hot tub brand new fixed up with upgraded kitchen. very clean. definitely recommended.
I have been using TurnKey for a year now and they are great. The support team is amazing and respond quickly to any issues you have. My rental is doing exceptionally well.
