TurnKey Vacation Rentals

Our stay at Mauna Lani was perfect for our family! The condo was spacious, clean, and beautiful with a balcony view overlooking the golf course. The pool was gorgeous and right around the corner. Having a gated community added to our sense of security and comfort in letting kids walk around. The garage was so handy. We were close to the shopping center and market, which made grabbing necessities so convenient. We also were only a few miles from several beaches, so fun in the sun was easy to access! Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone headed to Hawaii for family vacation time!

As usual my stay at 68 Mariners Cay was exceptional! This is the best spot to stay at Folly Beach without a doubt. The condo is immaculate and has everything you could want. You can fish at the pier right out back.We caught half a dozen mud fish. One sheephead . A 20 inch sea trout . A puffer fish . Some whiting and 2 20 inch red drum here . You never know what youll catch. Couldnt get any better! Come and see for yourself. Lee Eckard.

We came for a romantic weekend while helping with a family wedding. The location couldn’t be beat! Near the strand and seawall; close to food and in a quiet location! The rental space was nicely furnished and very comfortable! Loved the charm and decor! We enjoyed the kitchen area and large bathroom. We had a little snafu at the wedding and actually ended up borrowing linens from the rental and they were very understanding! There are two TVs!!!! The beach equipment was broken, but a fantastic place that we loved! Thanks for the relaxing stay and we ARE coming back and will now check TURNKEY first! Thanks Joan

Despicable. We unfortunately had to cancel a reservation that we had planned for a wedding. The groom was diagnosed with cancer and the couple had to cancel their wedding so he could begin chemotherapy. We canceled our Turnkey reservation MORE than a month in advance, and asked for a full refund and were denied. Be sure that when this wedding is rescheduled, we will NOT be booking with Turnkey. We plan to tell all other wedding guests to do the same. We would hope that the >$1000 that Turnkey profited off of our friend's unfortunate circumstance, they might consider donating to a cancer research organization.

Any Management Company looks good when all goes well. It is when there are issues, that the true professionals shine. TK has handled all issues in a professional and positive manner. Issues are resolved, improvements are made, and business is strong.

The condo we rented was awful. It hadn’t been cleaned. Turnkey did everything they could to make it right and contacted us throughout our vacation to make sure everything was ok. They were so pleasant my husband said the next time I’m upset he’s having them talk to me because they were so nice I couldn’t even be angry anymore. I do not recommend the rental we had but I would recommend Turnkey. They refunded the cleaning fee and really cared about the situation. They offered to send someone and said to call if we needed anything at all. They were amazing.

We loved our little vacation spot! Will definitely be coming back to this house again!

It took several days, and much dedicated persistence on my part, to finally hear from a TurnKey employee who was willing to actually own the problems we were encountering at the rental property and to take steps to address the problems. Some of the problems were addressed while others were more significant than could be addressed during our rental week. I do appreciate the efforts of Ally. She did her absolute best to make better a situation TurnKey had permitted to linger past a reasonable point. In the end, I would NOT recommend renting a TurnKey property and especially not the particular unit we reserved in Myrtle Beach, NC.

This home was just what we wanted! Modern, clean & spacious. It made our experience feel like ‘home away from home’. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home.

Turnkey Rentals are horrible!!!!!! They canceled our vacation which was 2 wks. away because the unit went under contract. What they don't realize is even if the house is under contract they have to, according SC state law, honor the existing rentals up to 90 days after the deed has been recorded. When you try to explain the law to them they claim they are not in the law department and don’t know what you are talking about. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! FYI I am a property manager in SC so I know these laws and have to abide by them. My question is why does Turnkey not have to as well???????

We were thrilled to stay at Casa Cielo again, and while we thought the place was perfect before it was even better this time. We enjoyed the same gorgeous views (do y'all arrange for the distant evening thunderstorms and double rainbows?), the same spacious and thoughtfully-appointed accommodations, and the same restorative hot tub, but this time the kitchen tools had been kicked up a notch--really good knives and pots and pans, lots of baking supplies, etc.--and the new photos on the walls really brought Taos inside. Our dog loved the house and got the thrill of her life when a deer visited just a few yards from the bedroom window late one afternoon. The house was spotless when we arrived and we had plenty of supplies to wash dishes and clean up after cooking and grilling so we didn't create too much chaos on our own. This is an ideal place for an active vacation (hiking, rafting and skiing nearby, plus did I mention the hot tub?) a browsing vacation (we spent a day exploring shops in Taos, and the farmer's market on Saturday morning was a lot of fun, with fresh cherries and apricots) or a relaxing vacation (so many spots to curl up with a good book!). Thanks for providing such lovely accommodations!

Rented a property in Seattle for July 24-31, 2021 (at 1750 24th Ave S.) Was informed ten days before occupancy that reservation was being cancelled "to fix a leak", and to expect a refund within 15 days. This appears to be a classic "plumbing scam," and evidently TurnKey is not resistant to it or is overtly willing to manage properties for owners who play this game. Also, what gives with this 15-day refund policy--if someone is going to abuse my planning like this, they at least need to initiate the refund immediately and not take an interest-free loan out on me. Because this booking experience bears the hallmark of a well-established pattern of fraud in the rental industry, this booking has been referred to the credit card fraud department and the travel insurance policy company for further investigation. Never again, TurnKey...never again.

TurnKey Vacation Rentals management staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. They promptly answered any questions and took immediate care of any concerns we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this group.

We booked this house to celebrate our daughters 21st Bday in Austin. The location to 6th and Rainey St was great. We used Ky with ecab to get to and from, he and his cab are awesome! $5 per person and way more fun than Uber! Overall the house worked well for our party of five. The inside of the house was great, The house was very clean when we arrived, although we did find two dead cockroaches during our stay, and one ran across the living room one evening. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, although there were very few hangers and two of the bedrooms didn't have dressers. The large kitchen isn't very well equipped. Only 2 glasses larger than 8oz, a couple of wine glasses...if you are planning on preparing meals and eating them you might struggle to get it all served. Also, there were no sealable containers for left overs, we cut a watermelon and had to keep it in a pot with a lid in the fridge. It could be because of covid, but there were no extra supplies such as salt, pepper, spices like you normally find in vacation rental and the coffee filters were the wrong type for the coffee maker provided. The outside of the house is a waste of time, there is no shade or grass, just dirt and weeds. The patio had some furniture on it but the furniture was filthy, Turnkey did offer to send someone out to clean it, but the fact that it was so uninviting we declined the offer. There is a four story office building being built on the lot behind the house...FYI, construction starts at 7am...during our stay they were using a pile driver...so no sleeping in after a late night out! Would we stay here again? Maybe...if the kitchen were better equipped and the back yard improved to where you would want to go out in it...possibly. I feel like I am being brutal with my review...because we had a great time at the house and it served our needs. I just feel people need to know what they are getting when they spend this kind of money on a vacation rental.

I booked a vacation home in Maine via their business. I had booked vacation homes in Maine since 2008. This is the first year I had a horrible experience with absolutely zero assistance from the host. They solicited a travel play insurance from NationWide Play travel (my review of them is on Yelp) they are horrible as well. They texted me 4 times at 11 o’clock at night telling me I should get this travel insurance for peace of mind FOR ANYTHING THAT MIGHT HAPPEN. Basically it’s a 37 page document (my fault that was a red flag and no I didn’t read it) with every loophole you can imagine. It basically covers you only if you are hospitalized or dead. We had a family crisis and my son couldn’t travel. We submitted a claim via nationwide . Twice. I spent 30 dollars to mail all my documentation and multiple doctor notes . But because my son wasn’t hospitalized or worse they wouldn’t refund anything. Not a penny. Yes it was in the tiny print, on the 24th page. But they didn’t take into consideration the crisis at hand - absolutely zero moral compass or ethics .I relayed all of this to Turn Key (who made a profit off of an empty house or double rented it ) and they wouldn’t provide any portion of a refund. Zero not a penny. I wasn’t looking for the whole refund just something (they did refund the exorbitant cleaning fee which should have been a red flag too) another money hungry company. I will say — air Bnb made 200 in profit and they did refund their portion a d really tried to bridge the the gap with this blatant unethical treatment .

The property had everything we needed. Even extra blankets for every room. The only flaw was the internet speed was slow.

Overall great experience! The property was amazing and was exactly as advertised. Easy to book. TurnKey was helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Communication with TurnKey was fast and very informative, both through email and text. Contacted customer service by phone with a credit card issue, service rep was friendly and helped solve my issue immediately. Information about booking, check in, and check out was spot on. Will be using TurnKey again to book next family vacation.
