The house was immaculate and in a great central location. Turnkey was great to work with and was very responsive to my needs; like when my kid locked us out of the garage with our car and luggage still IN the garage. LOL The only negative if this is even a negative is that there aren't regular kitchen staples (olive oil, salt, pepper, paper plates, etc) all the other VRBO's I have rented always had those stocked, also they dont give you extra trash bags they only start you out with two; trash day fell during my stay so it made it a little challenging. But overall the house was great and I would definitely stay there again.
Turnkey was quick to respond to any and all of my questions and was easy to reach by phone.
Amazing Stay! Loved the place, walking distance from the beach, clean and extremely nice. We made wonderful memories with our family there! Cannot wait to go back!
The condo was beautiful and TurnKey was always available to answer any question we had. We had issues with adjacent guests throwing things off the balcony onto guests swimming in the pool below, and guests below and next to us smoking pot on the balconies, which hindered the time we could spend with our children out on the balcony.
DONT MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS WITH THEM!! They scam you book your trip and then cancel to take your money!! They have ruined our family trip and had no remorse. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and book with anyone else. They are absolutely unprofessional. They took nearly $2000 from my account. Awful company. They said I received a refund but I have NOT still out $2000. Don’t believe them. Still cannot but another trip with my family with the money we saved! Once again awful company.

We celebrated my Best Friend's Bridal shower in La Quinta. Home, location, amenities were great, however we did have a difficult time with the hot tub jets turning on, due to the thermostat boxes being locked. Overall our experience was great. I would suggest adding body size mirrors for the Ladies!
It was a very nice house, the pool was awesome, beds very comfy Could add a full length mirror girls gotta see themselves
The cabin was beautiful and comfortable. We only notice small issues, like the ice maker and the one bedroom had cat hair on the bed. But over all we had a wonderful relaxing stay. We were about 20min from Gatlinburg .
As a TK property owner just starting out in the rental industry it’s been an interesting journey. A little rocky at first, but TK answered every question, accommodated all requests and explained everything. It’s a process, you need to be patient, you need to state your expectations early and don’t be afraid to hold accountability. At the end of the day it’s your property. You should be involved to a degree. I would recommend TK to other property owners.
We booked a house in Donnor Lake for a week. The house was beautiful, but it wasn’t very clean and there were ants everywhere. It took multiple phone calls and too many texts to count to get some help from TurnKey. They were extremely unhelpful and we will not be booking with them again.
Upon arrival there were big stains on the carpet in the bedroom and living room, like pet stains maybe. Also there was no ice maker in the freezer, only two ice trays, and one of them leaked.the kitchen was stocked very well. We really liked the screened in porch… sat there every night. Location was good, within walking distance of the beach. All in all, it was a nice place for my family of 7 to stay.
We had an amazing experience. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Location and management communication was excellent too. Can’t recommend it enough.
Turnkey Vacation Rentals Tilghman Beach & Racquet Club Condo 207 N. Ocean Blvd. North Myrtle Beach, SC We arrived at 10:00 PM on July 3rd, 2021 to find the unit so dirty and gross that we spent the next 6 hours mopping floors and washing bedding in order to feel comfortable enough with the cleanliness to sleep in the beds. We spent the next day dealing with Turnkey, supervising cleaning and maintenance staff, obtaining cleaning supplies and cleaning the entire unit. On Sunday July 4th, Turnkey sent a maintenance man to replace a battery in a smoke detector. We didn't know that this person would be arriving and were surprised when he walked into our unit. We were on the balcony. He had no uniform and wore no shoes. Next, the cleaning crew arrived. They swept and mopped the floors and cleaned the bathrooms. After sweeping, the gentleman deposited a large furry lint and dirt ball into our trash can. He mopped the floors and let us know that it took 3 times because the water was black the first 2 times. And this after we mopped the night before. We took pictures and emailed them to the site supervisor. After this email was sent, we received no texts, no emails and no phone calls. I texted and called the site supervisor several times during the week and received no response. We asked for $525.00 dollars for the lost day, our cleaning efforts which did not cease until late in the day on July 4th and cleaning supplies. We thought this was more than fair. They apparently disagreed and informed us that we would receive a $430.00 credit in 3-5 days. We received that credit on July 18th and a final phone call on July 23rd stating that $430.00 was all we were going to get. Among the issues were: 1. Screens on the front porch were ripped and hanging like something you might find in an abandoned home. 2. Floors that were so nasty they were slippery like a greasy floor in a poorly kept fast food restaurant. 3. No furnace filter because the old filter was so dirty that it had been pulled out of the air handler. 4. Stains on the sheets and bedding. When we stripped the beds we found sand and hair between the top sheet and the fitted sheet and between the fitted sheet and the mattress cover. I would expect this at a run down $29/night motel not a $3,000/week condo. 5. Food remnants, crumbs etc. in the silverware holders in the drawers. Yes, we washed all of the dishes and cleaned out all of the drawers. 6. Dirty/stained shelf liners in many of the kitchen cabinets. 7. Furniture so dirty that we bought a king size comforter to throw over the couch so we wouldn't have to touch the couch. I could go on but you should get the point. Be very careful when booking from Turnkey. It was no way to start a vacation and they created quite a bit of work and stress for us trying to get this resolved. You can see by their reluctance to negotiate that they clearly don't care about their customer.
Great place for four couples to spend some time in the Wine Country! Well-equipped kitchen, shaded patio area, and each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Our family vacation in Pigeon Forge was great! Turnkey rentals made the process easy. Our rented condo was spacious, clean, and customer service was repsonsive.
I will never rent any property managed by Turnkey! Zero stars would fit better. I had to cancel a reservation only Five Hours after booking. We were attending a funeral, looking for a nice safe place (did not have time to use amenities) as I did not know the area well, but realized it was not a good fit for us. I called Turnkey to explain the situation. Because it was within 7 days of date needed (through VRBO) they denied cancellation with full refund, although money did not go into their account for at least 48 hours. If I was dealing with a private owner, I am certain they would have accepted my cancellation and refunded in full or minus their paperwork time. I took a screenshot where Vrbo sent me “unfortunately, the host had to cancel”, but when I went to find it, it was scrubbed from the site. I called vrbo and they saw it was Cx by host, but could not give me email sent to me, but just a note from vrbo that host Cx to show my credit card company. My argument is if we did not sign the rental contract with guest list, Turnkey would have cancelled me! My problem was thinking that there are good people in the world, but Turnkey staff just gives the canned answers like robots! We were tired of fighting them, so we settled and lost half of our money. I will never deal with such an unfeeling and greedy company like Turnkey.
The condo was absolutely perfect! It was clean and the front desk men were so kind! It was a short drive to the beach and just a perfect location! It was so easy to park and electronic keypad made entering the home so easy. I recommend this place to everyone!!!
We went down to Port Aransas and rented from Turnkey. Setting up the rental was very easy. All of our requests were accomodated.
