Turnkey is an amazing vacation rental company. Customer service was awesome and helped me take care of everything.

From the arrival experience to check out everything was handled extremely well. The house is ultra clean and handled 2 families with grown kids (young adults) with ease. Plenty of kitchen utensils, great fridge and indoor & outdoor living spaces. There are only two things I would suggest to improve the overall experience: 1) to include a box fan for third floor Master bedroom as it does tend to be warmer than the other two floors (heat rises and cold air falls). 2) Have an indoor house mat for the bottom floor. Unfortunately it rained 3-4 days while we were there and water/sand can be easily tracked in. We ended up using one of our beach towels as an indoor mat and it worked out perfectly. Having said that, I consider those very minor and highly recommend this property.

Overall it was a good experience. The place was nice. The hot tub worked great and was nice to have our own. The amenities were nice. I feel 3.5 starts would be appropriate. Turnkey was responsive they did not address the problem The air conditioning did not work on the first floor. It did get up to over 90 degrees every day. The first floor never got below 75 degrees and was at 78 most of the time. I did get a response from turnkey but then told due to a holiday week nothing could be done. I did understand over the weekend but not for the entire week. There were a lot of free standing fans so my guess is this was a known issue. There were two ceiling fans but you always had to have the light on so would not work while sleeping. The remote did not have a battery. Also some of the supplied products were cheap, like paper products (toilet paper). Key fob for pool only worked on one door which is fine but unclear instructions.

Terrible organization to work with. They did not live up to the standards of the contract. No running hot water, no heat in the house and no gas to cook food. Not to mention the house was still dirty when we walked in. DO NOT BOOK with these people

Turnkey was on top of it. I texted and let them know there was a problem with the disposal. Immediately got a text back letting me know someone would be in the next day to fix it. If that would be ok with me. Which it was just fine. Came in from the beach disposal was fixed. Our condo was beautiful and exactly as the pics showed. So thanks for a great vacation.

The view in this unit is AMAZING! Balcony access from both bedrooms. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The unit also comes with 2 prepaid beach chairs. There are also lots of beach toys and chairs in the unit for use. Great customer service when we had an issue pop up as well.

Great stay, great location, close to pool, very private, very clean, would recommend

We enjoyed a week at this cute little place, nestled in a hillside overlooking the bay and airport. Beautiful landscape to enjoy and a great ocean breeze was always flowing. We saw several hummingbirds that also enjoyed the flowers and feeder. The space is cozy and great for a short stay. The hot tub was a nice addition too. Having our own dedicated parking was also great. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lovely, safe and picturesque stay in San Diego!

Everything was ready and clean for us when we arrived. Toilet paper was supplied, the kitchen was well stocked and the property was exactly how it was portrayed online. It rained our whole stay so that put a damper on us being able to enjoy it fully and the flooding in the area could be a challenge but that has nothing to do with the property. Owners left a very nice basket full of goodies, so thankful! Be sure to bring your own paper plates etc. if you rather not do dishes. Also, all the FOX channels have been blocked on the TV, we are not sure of the reason but would like to know. We loved watching all the ducks that live in the area! TurnKey was very quick to response to questions.

Renters BEWARE!! MB TurnKey needs to....... Update door lock information. Door DOES NOT lock behind you. Improve communication skills, there are several ways to reach out to TURNKEY Vacation Rentals regarding the issues however, they DO NOT always respond in a timely manner. Update internet information, the network provided was not found. Improvement with scheduling told several times I would be contacted regarding our issues (6pm, within the hour, after an hour, in the morning) never happened, I ALWAYS ended up reaching back out to TURNKEY. We were inconvenienced our ENTIRE vacation stay due to our refrigerator AND dryer not working, notified TURNKEY on DAY 1 of inconvenience however, issues NEVER resolved. Unable to keep leftovers from restaurants due to not having a fridge to store them in and had to spend money drying clothes in public washing/drying area. TURNKEY associate asked for exact temperature of fridge (had to purchase thermometer), pictures of inside of fridge and freezer as well as dryer controls and told renter to unplug and plug-in units (more inconveniences). Not an ideal vacation stay, living out of an igloo cooler and utilizing public dryer for 6 people. We will NEVER rent from TURNKEY again and will be sure to tell our many vacationing friends and family to STAY AWAY!!! I was also told by the supervisor of the unit we were in that he would turn our issues into guest services and they would be in contact with me ASAP to "make things right" however needless to say, I have yet to hear from them (10:00am checkout on 7/11/2021!

I rent my home with TurnKey and they do a quality job filling the schedule and caring for the home. I would recommend them.

DO NOT EVER RENT FROM TURNKEY. EVER. ANYWHERE. They are unethical and totally unaccommodating. We (three unrelated senior age couples) booked a place in Palm Springs for late March 2020, via VRBO, managed by Turnkey. Had to cancel due to COVID. VRBO refunded its fee promptly but Turnkey refused any accommodation, not even a refund of the cleaning fee or local taxes (and we confirmed they had NOT paid the property owner). After much fighting, we were offered a credit that expired in a few months, in spite of ongoing national emergency and restrictions . Note: Turnkey continued to rent places short term in areas like PS where it was against local health orders. After more fighting, they extended the credit to "book by Feb 1, 2021 and stay by Oct (?)1" (I think they did this for all affected customers). That meant we had to book something before we knew when we'd be vaccinated or what rules for travel would be. We booked a place in Big Bear for July and crossed our fingers. It worked out, tho was far from the trip we had wanted. Check out the Facebook group "Turnkey do the right thing" to see how many people had similar or worse experiences with them.

Hi we recently stayed in Sandestin at the Luau tower 2 in a condo unit managed by TurnKey Vacation Rentals. The unit is neat as it has a studio apartment side and the a small bedroom with living room and full kitchen on the other side. You can comfortably sleep 6-7 adults here. You are close to the beach but do not have great views of the beach. It does have a great balcony that is large. There were more negatives to staying here than positives. First the room was not super clean. It needs a real deep cleaning like dusting fans etc. also an old drink cup with lemons was left on the bookshelf which attracted fruit flies who then joined our vacation for our entire stay. Next the fire alarms go off once or twice a day at this rental for no apparent reason. Thirdly, our AC read 79 for two days and we requested maintenance who never arrived. Luckily it did not get too hot in the room. Fourth, children from the balcony above us threw food down to our balcony multiple times because this unit has a balcony that extends further out than all the other balconies in the complex. We also caught other people’s personal items that fell like flotation devices and beach blankets. Lastly they promise you two parking spots but we were forced to park off site and walk multiple times because parking is not enforced.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Fortuna Bay. The two-bedroom was perfect and the balcony over the bay was a plus! Everything was clean and in working order, the beds were pretty comfy, and the host went above and beyond to answer questions and provide us what we needed.

The reply from this HORRIBLE Poorly Managed low level people is on the record!!!! Liars The worst management I have ever encountered in all of my travels!!! Complete mess of a company, and the worst LIARS!!!! BEWARE of THIS MESS I am asked for 35 to 45 minutes of extra time because of a hurricane and the company REFUSED!!! I waited on my transportation, next door and not a sole came to the property!!! Complete LIARS

On site, this home showed just as advertised in the photos. Spacious, clean, and upgraded Incline Village condo fully equipped and conveniently located in the heart of Incline Village. Without any doubt, we would rent here again. A wonderful experience in a beautiful home located in a charming town.

TurnKey was responsive and made us feel comfortable. They answered any questions we had and removed any hesitation on reaching out as they were friendly. One of our children left something behind and they helped us set up a lost and found case - hopefully the item is found!
